Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini penulis meneliti tentang Persepsi Guru Pamong Terhadap Kompetensi Mengajar Mahasiswa Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan Program Studi PAK UKI yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa angkatan 2018 terbatas pada beberapa Sekolah mitra yaitu: Sekolah Menengah Atas Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Cengkareng, SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta Barat dan Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 94 Jakarta Barat. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi guru pamong terhadap kompetensi mengajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam melaksanakan praktik pengalaman di SMA Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Cengkareng, SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta Barat dan Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 94 Jakarta Barat; dan (2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi guru pamong terhadap kompetensi mengajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam menjalankan PPL di Sekolah. Jumlah subjek penelitian yang diambil 3 orang dan pengambilan data dari subjek sesuai dengan fokus penelitian yang diteliti serta menggunakan metode kualitatif deskripsi. Sehingga hasil yang diperoleh penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa PPL ssudah terlaksana dengan baik, hanya saja pemahaman terhadap peserta didik dan pengelolaan pembelajaran di kelas harus ditingkatkan lagi; (2) Faktor penilaian kondisi kelas, jaringan internet, serta tanggung jawab lainnya tidak mempengaruhi persepsi dan penilaian guru pamong terhadap kompetensi mengajar mahasiswa PPL.Kata Kunci: Persepsi guru Pamong, Kompetensi Pedagogik. / In this study the authors examined the Perceptions of Pamong Teachers towards Teaching Competence of Students Practical Field Experience of the PAK UKI Study Program carried out by class 2018 students limited to several partner schools, namely: Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Cengkareng High School, SMA Negeri 96 West Jakarta and Middle School Top Country 94 West Jakarta. The focus of this study are: (1) To find out how the teacher's perception of the teaching competence of Christian Religious Education students in carrying out practical experiences at Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Cengkareng High School, West Jakarta 96 Public High School and West Jakarta 94 State Senior High School; and (2) Factors that influence the perceptions of tutors on the teaching competence of Christian Religious Education students in carrying out PPL at school. The number of research subjects taken was 3 people and data collection from the subjects was in accordance with the focus of the research being studied and using a descriptive qualitative method. So that the results obtained by the research are as follows: (1) The pedagogic competence of PPL students has been well implemented, it's just that the understanding of students and the management of learning in the classroom must be further improved; (2) The assessment factors for class conditions, internet network, and other responsibilities do not affect the perceptions and assessments of tutors on the teaching competence of PPL students.Keywords: Perceptions of Pamong teachers, Pedagogic Competence
