Abstract

Indonesia melalui lembaga pendidikan memperlengkapi guru untuk memiliki keterampilan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan menyelenggarakan kelas yang menyenangkan. Faktanya masih terdapat guru tidak menerapkan keterampilan mengajar, terpaku pada metode dan cara yang monoton dalam mengadakan kelas. Keadaan tersebut berdampak pada minat belajar siswa, sehingga siswa tidak maksimal memperoleh pelajaran. Penelitian ini khusus membahas mengenai keterampilan guru mengadakan variasi dalam pelajaran PAK dan dampaknya pada minat belajar, terlebih lagi guru PAK bukan hanya sekedar mengajar tetapi juga membimbing siswa mengalami perjumpaan dengan Allah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Cileungsi dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Untuk mengetahui keterampilan guru dalam mengadakan variasi belajar dalam mata pelajaran PAK di SMA Negeri 2 Cileungsi, (2) Untuk mengetahui dampak keterampilan guru mengadakan variasi terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAK di SMA Negeri 2 Cileungsi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Guru kurang maksimal mengadakan variasi belajar dalam pembelajaran PAK di kelas. Kurang maksimalnya guru dalam mengadakan variasi menjadikan kelas monoton. (2) Kurang maksimalnya guru PAK SMA Negeri 2 Cileungsi dalam mengadakan variasi belajar di kelas berdampak pada menurunnya minat belajar. Siswa merasakan suasana dan kegiatan yang monoton setiap kali pembelajaran. Hal tersebut membuat rasa bosan dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar, kurang tertarik pada kegiatan belajar, dan merasa kurang mendapatkan manfaat dari mengikuti pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Guru, Minat Belajar, Variasi./ Indonesia, through its educational institutions, equips teachers with the skills to improve the quality of education and provide fun classes. The fact is that there are still teachers who do not apply teaching skills, are fixated on monotonous methods and ways of holding classes. This situation has an impact on student interest in learning, so that students do not get maximum lessons. This study specifically discusses the skills of teachers to make variations in PAK lessons and their impact on interest in learning, moreover PAK teachers not only teach but also guide students to have an encounter with God. Thisresearch was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Cileungsi using descriptive qualitative method. This study aims to: (1) To determine the skills of teachers in conducting learning variations in PAK subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Cileungsi, (2) To determine the impact of teacher skills in varying students' interest in learning in PAK subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Cileungsi. The results of thisstudy are: (1) The teacherislessthan optimal in carrying out learning variations in PAK learning in the classroom. The teacher's lack of maximum variation makes the class monotonous. (2) The lack of maximum PAK teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Cileungsi in conducting learning variations in class has an impact on decreasing interest in learning. Students feel the atmosphere and activities are monotonous every time they learn. This makes them feel bored in participating in learning activities, less interested in learning activities, and feeling less benefit from participating in learning.
