Abstract

Cheri Surina Ita,2022.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui korelasi program supervisi akademik dan program belajar era revolusi industri 4.0 terhadap kompetensi profesional guru, melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei dengan tujuan memberikan penjelasan tentang fenomena (explanatory research) dan analisis data statistik deskriftif. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari pengumpulan data penyebaran kuesioner berupa angket ke para guru di lingkungan SMA Swasta Kristen Bekasi. Hasil perolehan dari penelitian nilai signifikasi dua arah masing - masing variabel bebas (X1 dan X2) nilainya 0.000 < 0.05, hasil analisis korelasi Pearson diperoleh nilai 0.732 untuk X1 dan 0.806 untuk X2 dengan derajat hubungan korelasi masuk ke dalam kategori kuat dan analisis korelasi secara simultan memiliki hubungan signifikan (nilai Sig F change 0.000 < 0.05) dengan derajat hubungan korelasi bebas (variabel X1 dan variabel X2) dengan variabel terikat (Y) masuk ke dalam kategori sangat kuat (nilai R = 0.819). Program supervisi akademik dan program belajar era RI 4.0 berkorelasi kuat dengan kompetensi profesional guru. Kata Kunci: Supervisi akademik, revolusi industri 4.0, kompetensi profesional guru./ This study was conducted to determine the correlation of academic supervision programs and learning programs in the industrial revolution era 4.0 to the professional competence of teachers, through a quantitative approach with survey research methods with the aim of providing an explanation of the phenomenon (explanatory research) and descriptive statistical data analysis. The source of the research data was obtained from collecting data on the distribution of questionnaires in the form of questionnaires to teachers in the SMA Swasta Kristen Bekasi. The results obtained from the study of the two-way significance value of each independent variable (X1 and X2) the value is 0.000 <0.05, the results of Pearson correlation analysis obtained a value of 0.732 for X1 and 0.806 for X2 with the degree of correlation in the strong category and simultaneous correlation analysis has a significant relationship (the value of Sig F change 0.000 <0.05) with the degree of independent correlation (variable X1 and variable X2) with the dependent variable (Y) in the very strong category (R value = 0.819). Academic supervision programs and learning programs in the RI 4.0 era are strongly correlated with the professional competence of teachers.
