Abstract
Dunia digital sangat berpengaruh terhadap percepatan pembangunan. Ini adalah salah satu teknologi informasi yang berkembang pesat yaitu Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM atau Building Information Modeling yang terintegrasi seluruh informasi modeling, detailing, engineering, drawing, reporting, dan manajemen dalam 3D dimana seluruh objek struktur dipresentasikan lengkap, pemodelan dinamis untuk meningkatkan produktivitas desain bangunan dan pekerjaan konstruksi, karena dengan menerapkan metode BIM dapat menghemat biaya dan waktu pengerjaan serta tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan untuk konsultan, developer, serta kontraktor dengan segala informasi menggunakan salah satu dari software Building Information Modeling (BIM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan cara eksperimental membandingkan dua metode yaitu metode Konvensional dengan metode Building Information Modeling (BIM) menggunakan Software Autodesk Revit./ The digital world is very influential on the acceleration of development. This is one of the rapidly growing information technologies, namely Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM or Building Information Modeling which integrates all modeling, detailing, engineering, drawing, reporting, and management information in 3D where all structural objects are presented in complete, dynamic modeling to increase the productivity of building design and construction work, because by applying the BIM method it can save costs and processing time and labor required for consultants, developers, and contractors with all the information using one of the Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. This study uses a quantitative method by experimentally comparing two methods, namely the Conventional method with the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method using Autodesk Revit Software.
