Abstract

DKI Jakarta merupakan wiliayah ibukota sebagai pusat pemerintahan, perdagangan, perindustrian dan kebudayaan. Salah satunya Jakarta selatan yang menunjang sebagian aktivitas di ibu kota. Seperti wilayah kuningan yang merupakan kawasan bisnis dan termasuk ke dalam bagian dari segitiga emas, mencakup Jalan HR Rasuna Said. Pasca pandemic Covid-19 pembatasan-pembatasan yang turut berpengaruh terhadap mobilitas masyarakat saat ini sudah mendapat kelonggaran. Peran ruang ketiga menjadi lebih di minati oleh masyarakat. Akibatnya beberapa perusahaan menerapkan sistem bekerja yang memungkinkan karyawan untuk menyesuaikan lokasi bekerja (work from anywhere). Lingkungan pekerjaan menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam kualitas bekerja. Suasana kantor yang cenderung formal membuat pengguna menjadi jenuh. Maka penerapan tema biophilic dapat menjadi solusi arsitektural untuk perancangan coworking space. Diharapkan dapat menciptakan ruang kerja yang terbuka dan terhubung sehingga memungkinkan lebih banyak interaksi pengguna dengan alam, juga interaksi sosial antar pengguna tetapi tetap memperhatikan lingkungan yang nyaman dan ruang kerja yang lebih menarik sehingga dapat membantu kreativitas pengguna melalui kepuasan bekerja, kesehatan mental, dan hubungan dengan orang lain./ DKI Jakarta is the capital city and the center of government, trade, industry, and culture. One of them is South Jakarta, which supports some activities in the capital city. Such as the Kuningan area which is a business area and is part of the Golden Triangle, including Jalan HR Rasuna Said. After the Covid-19 pandemic, restrictions that also affect people's mobility have now been relaxed. The role of the third space is becoming more attractive to the public. As a result, some companies implement work systems that allow employees to work from anywhere. The work environment is one factor that influence. The office atmosphere that tends to be formal makes users feel bored. So the application of a biophilic theme can be an architectural solution for the design of a coworking space. is expected to create an open and connected workspace to allow more user interaction with nature, as well as social interaction between users but still pay attention to a comfortable environment and a more attractive workspace so that it can help users creativity through work satisfaction, mental health, and relationships with others.
