Abstract

Zusiyanti Gammara. Pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Efikasi Diri Guru Tingkat Menengah Se Kecamatan Buntu Pepasan. Tesis Pascasarjana Program Studi Magister Administrasi Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia, 2022. Efikasi diri guru sangat mendukung dalam proses pembalajaran. Metode pembelajaran merupakan satu komponen pembelajaran yang harus digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta efikasi diri guru adalah faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja seorang guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara metode pembelajaran, kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap efikasi diri guru tingkat menengah se Kecamatan Buntu Pepasan. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik purposive, yaitu pengambilan data dengan pertimbangan tertentu dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 86 orang, terdiri dari guru-guru SMP, SMU, dan SMK di Kecamatan Buntu Pepasan.Variabel penelitian meliputi metode pembelajaran (X1) dan kepemimpinan transformasional (X2) sebagai variabel bebas (independen) dan efikasi diri guru (Y) sebagai variabel terikat(dependen) . Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Uji coba instrumen dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas instrumen. Uji normalitas dan uji linearitas data dilakukan sebagai prasyarat analisis data. Analisis linear sederhana dan analisis linear berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dalam analisis regresi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran terhadap efikasi diri guru sebesar 0.472,terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap efikasi diri guru sebesar 0.305,terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap efikasi diri guru sebesar 0.450. The learning method is a learning component that must be used in learning activities. Principal leadership and teacher self-efficacy are factors that affect a teacher's job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning methods, transformational leadership on the self-efficacy of middle-level teachers in Buntu Pepasan District. In this study the approach used is a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study using a purposive technique, namely taking data with certain considerations with a sample of 86 people, consisting of middle school, high school, and vocational school teachers in Buntu Pepasan District. The research variables include learning methods (X1) and transformational leadership ( X2) as the independent variable (independent) and teacher self- efficacy (Y) as the dependent variable. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. The test of the instrument was carried out by testing the validity and testing the reliability of the instrument. Normality test and data linearity test were carried out as prerequisites for data analysis. Simple linear analysis and multiple linear analysis were used to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable in regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was an influence of learning methods on teacher self-efficacy of 0.472, there was an influence of transformational leadership on teacher self-efficacy of 0.305, there was an influence of learning methods and transformational leadership on teacher self-efficacy of 0.450.
