Abstract

Rekam medis merupakan layanan penunjang yang dapat dijadikan salah satu indikator penilaian mutu pelayanan dari rumah sakit. Melalui data rekam medis yang diisi dan dibuat dengan lengkap dan baik dengan guna sebagai parameter mutu layanan rumah sakit terkait. Ketepatan dan kelengkapan suatu pelayanan menunjukan mutu dari rekam medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mutu dari kelengkapan rekam medis pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit UKI Jakarta tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode deskriptif dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Berdasarkan penelitian, dari total 3.871 berkas rekam medis pasien rawat inap yang ada pada tahun 2020, rekam medis yang dinyatakan lengkap hanya 2.796 berkas dengan total persentase mutu pada tahun 2020 hanya mencapai 65% saja. Maka dapat disimpulkan kelengkapan rekam medis pasien rawat inap RS UKI tahun 2020 masih belum mencapai standar, dimana standar yang ditetapkan adalah 90% sedangkan rekam medis pasien rawat inap RS UKI tahun 2020 hanya mencapai 65%. Pehitungan nilai BOR, AvLOS dan BTO RS UKI tahun 2020 masih dibawah nilai standar, penilaian TOI RS UKI melebihi nilai ideal sedangkan nilai NDR dan GDR RS UKI tahun 2020 masih pada batas yang normal dan dinyatakan ideal./ Medical records are a supporting service that can be used as an indicator for assessing the quality of hospital services. Through medical record data that is filled out and made completely and properly in order to be used as a parameter of the quality of related hospital services. The accuracy and completeness of a service indicates the quality of the medical record. This study aims to determine the quality of the completeness of medical records of inpatients at UKI Hospital Jakarta in 2020. This study was a descriptive study with a purposive sampling method. Based on research, from a total of 3,871 inpatient medical record files in 2020, only 2,796 medical records were declared complete with a total percentage of quality in 2020 only reaching 65%. So it can be concluded that the completeness of the medical records of inpatients at the UKI Hospital in 2020 still has not reached the standard, where the standard set is 90% while the medical records of inpatients at the UKI Hospital in 2020 only reach 65%. The calculation of the BOR, AvLOS and BTO values of the UKI Hospital in 2020 is still below the standard value, the TOI assessment of the UKI Hospital exceeds the ideal value while the NDR and GDR values of the UKI Hospital in 2020 are still within normal limits and declared ideal.
