Abstract

Anemia pada ibu hamil yaitu peristiwa masalah kesejahteraan yang terjadi di negara maju dan berkembang. Berdasarkan data dari Riskesdas angka kejadian anemia pada tahun 2018 (48,9%) mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan data pada tahun 2013 (37,1%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kasus anemia yang dialami ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulo Gadung Jakarta Timur Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif cross sectional yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulo Gadung. Data yang digunakan adalah data rekam medik pasien anemia ibu hamil tahun 2021. Subjek sebanyak 61 responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu hamil paling sering mengalami anemia ringan sebanyak 52 responden (85,2%), usia terbanyak adalah 25-34 tahun sebanyak 34 responden (55,7%), mempunyai pendidikan menengah sebanyak responden (67,2%), usia kehamilan terbanyak pada trimester III yaitu 50 responden (82%), dan jumlah paritas tertinggi 0-2 ditemukan pada 55 responden (90,2%). Disimpulkan bahwa anemia terbanyak pada ibu hamil adalah pada pasien usia 25-34 tahun, kelompok pendidikan menengah, grup trimester III, anemia ringan, paritas 0-2./ Anemia in pregnant women is an event of welfare problems that occur in developed and developing countries. Based on data from Riskesdas, the incidence of anemia in 2018 (48.9%) has increased compared to data in 2013 (37.1%). This study aims to describe cases of anemia experienced by pregnant women at the Pulo Gadung District Health Center, East Jakarta in 2021. This study was a sectional conducted at the Pulo Gadung District Health Center. The data used are medical records of patients with anemia in pregnant women in 2021. Subjects were 61 respondents who were involved in this study. The results showed that pregnant women most often experienced mild anemia as many as 52 respondents (85.2%), the most age was 25-34 years as many as 34 respondents (55.7%), having secondary education as many as 67.2%), The highest gestational age was in the third trimester, namely 50 respondents (82%), and the highest number of parity 0-2 was found in 55 respondents (90.2%).
