Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan yang serius di dunia dan nasional, pada provinsi DKI Jakarta khususnya wilayah Jakarta Timur prevalensi hipertensi masih cukup tinggi. Hipertensi merupakan kondisi tekanan darah yang tinggi di pembuluh dalam darah dan dapat menyebabkan berbagai penyakit serius seperti serangan jantung bahkan kematian. Penyebab hipertensi adalah gabungan dari beberapa faktor risiko seperti usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, dan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penderita hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, dengan sampel sebanyak 115 responden yang diambil menggunakan cara simple random sampling. Instrumen pada penelitian ini berupa data rekam medik pasien hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia pada bulan Januari-Desember 2020. Hasil yang ditemukan, terdapat hipertensi derajat 1 (66%), usia 55-64 tahun (35%), jenis kelamin perempuan (70%), ibu rumah tangga (22%) dan tamat SMA atau SLTA (42%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang gambaran penderita hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia, ditemukan bahwa: 1.Distribusi penderita hipertensi di RSU UKI tahun 2020, paling banyak mengalami hipertensi derajat 1. 2. Distribusi penderita hipertensi di RSU UKI tahun 2020, berdasarkan usia paling banyak berusia 55-64 tahun. 3. Distribusi penderita hipertensi di RSU UKI tahun 2020, berdasarkan jenis kelamin sebagian besar adalah perempuan. 4. Distribusi penderita hipertensi di RSU UKI tahun 2020, berdasarkan pekerjaan paling banyak bekerja sebagai ibu rumah tangga. 5. Distribusi penderita hipertensi di RSU UKI tahun 2020, berdasarkan pendidikan paling banyak berpendidikan sekolah lanjutan tingkat atas (SLTA/SMA)/Hypertension is a serious health problem in the world and nationally, in the province of DKI Jakarta, especially the East Jakarta area, the prevalence of hypertension is still quite high.
