Abstract

Budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja merupakan masalah yang sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi. Budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja yang kurang baik dapat mempengaruhi aktivitas kerja karyawan dan mengakibatkan karyawan kurang bersemangat dalam mengerjakan pekerjaannya sehingga mengakibatkan turunnya kinerja karyawan. Namun apabila budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja yang baik akan membantu mengurangi kejenuhan dan kelelahan serta mempermudah karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Adapun tujuan dan fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta menganalisis hubungan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BRI Cabang Cibubur. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 68 orang dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Cibubur diperoleh koefisien korelasi rank spearman sebesar 0,526 dan diperoleh hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil 0,05 dengan demikian hasil perhitungan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) terdapat hubungan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Cibubur diperoleh koefisien korelasi rank spearman sebesar 0,486 dan diperoleh hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil 0,05, dengan demikian hasil perhitungan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Cibubur./ Organizational culture and work environment are very important issues in an organization. Organizational culture and an unfavorable work environment can affect employee work activities and cause employees to be less enthusiastic in doing their work, resulting in a decrease in employee performance. However, if the organizational culture and a good work environment will help reduce boredom and fatigue and make it easier for employees to complete work, so as to improve employee performance. The purpose and focus of this research is to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, and to analyze the relationship between the work environment and employee performance at Bank BRI Cibubur Branch. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 68 people using SPSS Version 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a relationship between organizational culture and employee performance at Bank BRI Cibubur Branch, the rank spearman correlation coefficient is 0.526 and the significance result is 0.000, smaller than 0.05. Thus, the results of this calculation can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the variables. organizational culture on employee performance. (2) there is a relationship between the work environment and the performance of the employees of Bank BRI Cibubur Branch, the correlation coefficient of Spearman rank is 0.486 and a significance result of 0.000 is obtained, which is smaller than 0.05. Thus, the results of this calculation can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the work environment variables and employee performance of Bank BRI Cibubur Branch./
