Abstract

Sarumaha, Sesuaikan. 2017 .Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Profesionalisme Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMP Swasta Kristen BNKP Telukdalam. Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan, Magister Pendidikan (M.Pd), Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta, 2017 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja dan profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Swasta Kristen BNKP Telukdalam. Untuk mengetahui signifikansi data yang yang diperoleh dari kuisioner dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas dan linieritas dengan analisis uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Motivasi kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y), 2). Profesionalisme guru (X2) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y), 3). Motivasi kerja (X1) dan profesinalisme guru (X2) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dimana nilai koefisien sebesar 0,820. Besarnya nilai angka koefisien determinasi 0,820 sama dengan 82%, angka tersebut mengandung arti bahwa motivasi guru (XI) dan Profesionalisme guru ( X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 82 %. Maka kesimpulannya adalah motivasi kerja (X1) dan profesionalisme guru (X2) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y) di SMP Swasta Kristen BNKP Telukdalam . The Influence Of Work Motivation And Professionalism Of Teachers On Teacher Performance In Private Junior High School Christian BNKP Telukdalam. Education Management Studies Program, Master of Education (M.Pd), Indonesia Christian University Jakarta, 2017 The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work motivation and teacher professionalism variables on teacher performance in private SMP Kristen BNKP Telukdalam. To know the significance of the data obtained from the questionnaire tested the validity, reliability, normality and linearity with t test analysis and F test. The results showed that 1). Work motivation (X1) has a significant influence on teacher performance (Y), 2). Teacher professionalism (X2) has a significant influence on teacher performance (Y), 3). Work motivation (X1) and teacher profesinalism (X2) have a significant influence on teacher performance (Y) where the coefficient value is 0.820. The value of coefficient of determination 0,820 equal to 82%, that number means that teacher's motivation (XI) and teacher Professionalism (X2) have an effect on teacher performance by 82%. So the conclusion is that work motivation (X1) and teacher professionalism (X2) have a significant influence on teacher performance (Y) in BNKP Telukdalam Christian Private Junior High School.
