Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan variabel independen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, profesionalisme dan kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Gomo, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Untuk mengetahui signifikasi, data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner diuji validitasnya melalui validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas dan linieritas. Dengan jumlah sampel 36 orang, metode analisis menggunakan uji t dan uji F dengan pemrosesan data menggunakan software SPSS versi 21 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1).Terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja guru, dimana nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,2%, berarti apabila kepemimpinan kepala sekolah meningkat, maka kepuasan kerja guru juga meningkat. (2). Terdapat hubungan profesionalisme dan kepuasan kerja guru, dimana koefisien determinasi sebesar 46,2%, artinya apabila profesionalisme guru benar-benar ditingkatkan menjadi lebih baik, maka kepuasan kerja guru juga akan naik secara signifikan (3). Terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan, profesionalisme dan kepuasan kerja guru dengan koefisien 46,3% artinya adalah apabila kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, profesionalisme sungguh-sungguh ditingkatkan menjadi lebih baik, maka kepuasan kerja guru juga secara signifikan naik. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan,Profesionalisme, Kepuasan Kerja. / The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of independent variables of principal leadership, professionalism and job satisfaction of teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Gomo, either partially or simultaneously. To know the significance, the data obtained from the questionnaire tested its validity through validity, reliability, normality and linearity. With a sample size of 36 people, the method of analysis using t test and F test with data processing using SPSS software version 21 The results showed that (1).There is influence between leadership variable to teacher work satisfaction, where the coefficient value of determination equal to 36,2%, meaning if leadership of headmaster increase, hence job satisfaction of teacher also increase. (2). There is a relationship of professionalism and job satisfaction of teachers, where the coefficient of determination of 46.2%, meaning that if the professionalism of teachers really improved for the better, then the teacher work satisfaction will also rise significantly (3). There is relationship between leadership, professionalism and job satisfaction of teacher with coefficient of 46,3% meaning that if leadership of principal, professionalism really improved to be better, hence job satisfaction of teacher also significantly increase.
