Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin guru, terhadap kinerja guru yang berlokasi di SMA Negeri 1 Telukdalam. Yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang berada di SMA Negeri 1 Telukdalam yang berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala Likert 1-5. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi, korelasi sederhana , regresi ganda pada taraf signifikansi alpha 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan: (1)Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru dengan koefisisen korelasi 0,382 dan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0.140. Artinya kontribusi yang diberikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah kepada kinerja guru sebesar 14,0% dan selebihnya dipengaruhi faktor lain., persamaan linier dari variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah adalah Y = 1,803 + 0,526X1 maknanya bagi sekolah adalah jika kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat dijaga dan ditingkatkan maka kinerja guru juga dapat ditingkatkan. (2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin guru (X2) dengan Kinerja Guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,405 dan koefisien determinasi ( R square) sebesar 0,158, artinya kontribusi disiplin guru (X2) sebesar 15,8%, selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Persamaan linier dari variabel disiplin guru adalah Y = 2,993 + 0,321X2 maknanya bagi sekolah adalah jika kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat dijaga dan ditingkatkan maka kinerja guru juga dapat ditingkatkan. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin guru secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru (Y) dengan korelasi ganda sebesar 0,53 dan nilai koefisien deteminasi yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,281 membuktikan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin guru secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi dengan variabel kinerja guru sebesar 28,1%, dengan pola persamaan Y = 0,925 + 0,495X1 + 0,305X2 Hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 1 Telukdalam dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin guru. Kata kunci: kinerja guru, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin guru/This study aims to determine the relationship of principal leadership, teacher discipline, to the performance of teachers located in SMA Negeri 1 Telukdalam. The sample in this study are all teachers who are in SMA Negeri 1 Telukdalam 50 people. Technique off collecting data used questionnaires with Likert scale measurements 1-5. The technique of analysis using regression, simple correlation, multiple regression at the level of significance alpha 0.05. The results of this study conclude: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between principal leadership with teacher performance with correlation coefficient of 0.382 and coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.140. This means that the contribution given by the principal's leadership to the teacher's performance is 14.0% and the rest is influenced by other factors. The linear equation of the principal leadership variable is Y = 1,803 + 0,526X1 the meaning for the school is if the principal's leadership can be maintained and improved, teachers can also be improved. (2) There is a positive and significant correlation between teacher discipline (X2) with Teacher Performance (Y) with correlation coefficient 0,405 and coefficient of determination (R square) equal to 0,158, meaning teacher discipline contribution (X2) equal to 15,8% influenced by other factors. The linear equation of teacher discipline variables is Y = 2,993 + 0,321X2 meaning for school is if leadership of headmaster can be maintained and enhanced then teacher performance can also be improved. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between principal leadership and teacher discipline together with teacher performance (Y) with double correlation of 0,53 and value of coefficient of detemination obtained is equal to 0,281 proves that variable of headmaster leadership and discipline teachers together contributed with teacher performance variables of 28.1%, with the pattern of equation Y = 0.925 + 0.495X1 + 0.305X2 Research results can be concluded that the performance of teachers SMA Negeri 1 Telukdalam can be improved through increased leadership of principals and teacher discipline.
