Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas mekanik pada PT Indomobil Nissan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mekanik PT Indomobil Nissan Cabang Halim yang berjumlah 45 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi. Jadi sampel berjumlah 45 orang.Teknik sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik Analisis menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi Hasil Penelitian, pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas mekanik. Besarnya pengaruh pendidikan terhadap produktivitas mekanik dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,557 atau 55,7%. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas mekanik. Besarnya pengaruh pelatihan terhadap produktivitas mekanik dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,821 atau 82,1%. Pendidikan dan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Mekanik. Besarnya pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas mekanik dengan nilai koefisien regresi variabel pendidikan sebesar 0,272 atau 27,2% dan nilai koefisien regresi variabel pelatihan sebesar 0,684 atau 68,4%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa besarnya pengaruh baik secara masing-masing maupun secara bersamaan variabel pelatihan memiliki besaran pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap produktivitas dibanding variabel pendidikan. Perusahaan sebaiknya memperhatikan faktor pendidikan, mengingat faktor pendidikan mampu meningkatkan produktivitas melalui peningkatan jenjang pendidikan, jalur pendidikan dan pendidikan kekhususan bagi para mekanik supaya produktivitas menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Kebutuhan akan pelatihan bagi produktivitas mekanik sangat penting di sini. Misalnya pelatihan peenguasaan teknologi otomotif dan teknologi informasi terbaru sangat disarankan menjadi materi pokok dalam setiap pelatihan yang diadakan bengkel Nissan. The population of this research is all mechanical PT Indomobil Nissan Halim Branch, which amounts to 45 people. Sample of this study is the entire population. So samples amounted to 45 people. Sampling technique using saturated sampling that is all members of the population used as a sample. Analysis technique using correlation and regression analysis. The result of this study is that education has a positive and significant effect on the mechanical productivity. The amount of influence of education on mechanical productivity with regression coefficient value 0,557 or 55,7%. Training has a positive and significant effect on mechanical productivity. The amount of influence of training on mechanical productivity with regression coefficient value of 0.821 or 82.1%. Education and Training has a positive and significant effect on Mechanical Productivity. The amount of influence of education and training on mechanical productivity with regression coefficient value of education variables of 0.272 or 27.2% and coefficient value of training variable regression equal to 0,684 or 68,4%. This proves that the magnitude of influence both in each and simultaneously training variables have greater magnitude influence on productivity than educational variables. Companies should pay attention to educational factors, considering the factors of education can increase productivity through increased levels of education, educational paths and special education for the mechanics in order to make productivity more effective and efficient. While the need for training for mechanical productivity becomes very important here. For example, training on mastery of the latest automotive technology and information technology is highly recommended to be the subject matter in every training held by Nissan's workshop.
