Abstract
The study revealed the following findings: First school-based management in empowering the employees of High School 113, Jakarta, is categorized good in terms of the planning aspect , where the SWOT analysis, vision, mision, goal, strategies, short and long-term programs. Second, school-based management in empowering the employees of High School 113, Jakarta, is categorized sufficienly good in term of fund management, in which the source, distribution , availability and benefit of fund can by well-managed by the school principal along the with the school commite.
