Abstract
The aim of the research is to study the relationship between Job Satisfaction with Lecture Loyalty by intervening variable of Comprehension of Organization Mission This research was conducted at Lecturer Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta with simple random sample (purposive sample). The research concludes that there are significan correlation between; 1).Job Satisfaction with Lecture Loyalty, 2). Job Satisfaction with Lecture Loyalty by intervening variable a Comprehension of Organization Mission Moreover, there is significan correlation between Job Satisfaction, Comprehention of Organization Mission with Lecture Loyalty
