Abstract

Stunting merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang masih menjadi perhatian di Indonesia karena dapat memengaruhi pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan anak dalam jangka panjang. Upaya pencegahan stunting tidak hanya dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan tenaga kesehatan, tetapi juga melibatkan berbagai organisasi masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk kontribusi tersebut dilakukan oleh Wadah Komunikasi dan Pelayanan Umat Beragama (WKPUB) melalui Program Anak Indonesia Sehat (AISA) yang berfokus pada edukasi gizi, pendampingan keluarga, serta pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penciptaan karya ini bertujuan menghasilkan naskah film dokumenter “Cegah Stunting Bersama AISA” dengan menerapkan struktur naratif kronologis non-linier sebagai strategi penyusunan cerita agar informasi dapat disampaikan secara lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh penonton. Proses penciptaan karya dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka untuk memperoleh data yang berkaitan dengan stunting serta pelaksanaan Program AISA. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menjadi naskah dokumenter ekspositori yang memadukan wawancara narasumber, data pendukung, dokumentasi lapangan, dan voice-over sebagai pengarah informasi. Struktur naratif kronologis non-linier diterapkan dengan menampilkan dampak stunting pada bagian awal cerita, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan latar belakang Program AISA, proses pelaksanaan program, hingga hasil yang diperoleh oleh penerima manfaat. Hasil penciptaan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan struktur naratif kronologis non-linier mampu membantu penyusunan informasi secara sistematis tanpa harus mengikuti urutan waktu secara langsung. Pendekatan tersebut dapat membangun rasa ingin tahu penonton sekaligus mempermudah pemahaman mengenai hubungan antara permasalahan stunting, upaya penanganan yang dilakukan, dan perubahan yang dihasilkan. Melalui penyajian fakta, pengalaman narasumber, serta dokumentasi lapangan, dokumenter “Cegah Stunting Bersama AISA” diharapkan dapat menjadi media edukasi yang memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pencegahan stunting sejak dini./Stunting remains one of the major health issues in Indonesia as it can affect children's physical growth and development in the long term. Efforts to prevent stunting involve not only the government and healthcare professionals but also community-based organizations. One of these initiatives is the Anak Indonesia Sehat (AISA) Program organized by the Wadah Komunikasi dan Pelayanan Umat Beragama (WKPUB), which focuses on nutrition education, family assistance, and child growth monitoring. Based on this issue, this creative project aims to produce a documentary script entitled “Preventing Stunting with AISA” by applying a non-linear chronological narrative structure as a storytelling strategy to present information in a more engaging and understandable manner. The creative process was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review to collect data related to stunting and the implementation of the AISA Program. The collected data were then developed into an expository documentary script that combines interviews, supporting data, field documentation, and voice-over narration to guide the flow of information. A non-linear chronological narrative structure was applied by presenting the impacts of stunting at the beginning of the story, followed by the background of the AISA Program, the implementation process, and the outcomes experienced by the beneficiaries. The result of this creative project shows that the application of a non-linear chronological narrative structure helps organize information systematically without strictly following the sequence of events. This approach is capable of building audience curiosity while facilitating a deeper understanding of the relationship between the stunting problem, the intervention efforts, and the resulting changes. Through the presentation of factual information, interviewees’ experiences, and field documentation, the documentary “Preventing Stunting with AISA” is expected to serve as an educational medium that raises public awareness about the importance of early stunting prevention.
