Abstract

Turnamen Future Stars Volleyball Cup sebuah acara turnamen olahraga dibidang bola voli yang diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan peluang yang besar bagi anak-anak muda sebagai seorang atlet olahrga dalam mengembangkan minat maupun bakat dengan menunjukkan kemampuan atau skill yang dimiliki pribadi atlet. Selain itu, dapat menunjukkan kualitas seorang dalam menghadapi persaingan secara kompetitif di dalam sebuah pertandingan. Laporan ini dibuat untuk menampilkan dan mengeksplorasi lebih lanjut bagaimana peran organizer yang merupakan salah satu bagian dari peran yang mengelola sebuah event/acara yang sedang dibentuk. Sebagai organizer memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam mengwujudkan perencanaan yang telah dibuat melalui realisasi kebutuhan anggaran melalui sponsor/donatur, melibatkan pihak eksternal seperti mitra, vendor, dan lainnya. Dalam pelaksanaannya, menghadirkan 24 tim untuk melakukan kompetisi dengan menunjukkan persaingan yang sehat, dengan menggunakan sistem pertandingan yaitu, sistem setengah kompetisi pada babak penyisihan, yang dilanjutkan pada babak gugur untuk menentukan juara. Seluruh total peserta dibagi 8 pool (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H) yang dimana setiap pool dibagi 3 tim. Menurut laporan ini, diharapkan pembaca dapat memahami pentingnya peran organizer dalam mempersiapkan acara, melihat bagaimana Turnamen Future Stars Volleyball Cup dalam menjangkau mitra, vendor yang dibutuhkan, serta mempersiapkan perlengkapan yang dibutuhkan. Kata kunci: Organizer, Turnamen, Future Stars Volleyball Cup, Mitra, Sponsor. / The Future Stars Volleyball Cup tournament is a volleyball sports tournament held with the aim of creating great opportunities for young people as athletes to develop their interests and talents by demonstrating the abilities or skills possessed by the athlete. In addition, it can demonstrate the quality of a person in facing competition competitively in a match. This report was created to display and explore further how the role of the operational manager as an organizer is one part of the role that manages an event/program that is being formed. As an operational manager, he has the task and responsibility to realize the plans that have been made through the realization of budget needs through sponsors/donors, involving external parties such as partners, vendors, and others. In its implementation, presenting 24 teams to compete by showing healthy competition, using a match system, namely, a half competition system in the preliminary round, which is continued in the knockout round to determine the champion. The total number of participants is divided into 8 pools (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H) where each pool is divided into 3 teams. This report aims to help readers understand the importance of the operations manager's role in event preparation, and to examine how the Future Stars Volleyball Cup Tournament reached out to partners and vendors, as well as preparing the necessary equipment.
