Abstract
Riset berikut punya tujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik serta kompensasi keuangan pada produktivitas kerja pegawai pada PT. Sumatera Specialty Coffees di Siborongborong, Sumatera Utara. Jenis riset yang dipergunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal, yang punya tujuan untuk menemukan korelasi sebab-akibat antara variabel independen serta dependen. Populasi dalam riset berikut sebanyak 129 pegawai, sedangkan sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 70 informan yang ditentukan dari teknik purposive sampling. Data didapati dari penyebaran kuesioner serta dianalisa mempergunakan analisa regresi linear berganda dengan dukungan program SPSS versi 29. Hasil riset menampilkan bahwasanya lingkungan kerja fisik punya pengaruh positive serta signifikan pada produktivitas kerja pegawai, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikasi 0,001 < 0,05. Begitu pula, kompensasi keuangan punya pengaruh positive serta signifikan pada produktivitas kerja pegawai dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,001 < 0,05. Secara simultan, kedua variabel itu punya pengaruh signifikan pada produktivitas kerja pegawai dengan nilai Fhitung sebanyak 30,901 serta signifikasi 0,001 < 0,05. Nilai Adjusted R² sebanyak 0,564, yang berarti lingkungan kerja fisik serta kompensasi keuangan menjabarkan 56% variasi produktivitas kerja, sementara 44% sisanya dipengaruh oleh aspek lain yang tidak ditelaah. Temuan ini menjelaskan bahwasanya upaya industri dalam menumbuhkan produktivitas pegawai perlu ditujukan pada perbaikan lingkungan kerja fisik yang nyaman, aman, dan pembagian kompensasi keuangan yang adil serta selaras dengan sumbangsih pegawai. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Kompensasi Finansial, Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan / This study aims to analyze the effect of physical work environment and financial compensation on employee productivity at PT. Sumatera Specialty Coffees in Siborongborong, North Sumatra. The type of research used is quantitative with a causal associative approach, which aims to determine the cause-and-effect relationship between independent and dependent variables. The population in this study consisted of 129 employees, while the sample used was 70 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 29 program. The results of the study indicate that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Similarly, financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on employee productivity with an Fcount value of 30.901 and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The Adjusted R² value is 0.564, which means that the physical work environment and financial compensation explain 56% of the variation in work productivity, while the remaining 44% is influenced by other factors that were not examined. These findings confirm that companies' efforts to improve employee productivity need to focus on improving a comfortable and safe physical work environment, as well as providing fair financial compensation in line with employee contributions.
