Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis persepsi siswa terhadap penerapan kurikulum merdeka di SMA 2 PSKD, khususnya dalam pembelajaran fisika di kelas X. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana siswa memahami dan merespons implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah mixed-method, di mana data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan peserta sebanyak 78 siswa, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara terstruktur dengan satu guru sebagai wakil kurikulum, satu guru fisika, dan 14 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor persepsi siswa terhadap kurikulum merdeka mencapai 78,55%, yang dikategorikan sebagai positif. Namun, masih terdapat kendala dalam pemahaman siswa terhadap capaian pembelajaran. Dalam aspek Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), tantangan yang muncul mencakup kurangnya kesadaran siswa dalam menyelesa ikan proyek, keterbatasan waktu guru dalam menyiapkan P5, kurangnya kontribusi beberapa siswa dalam kelompok, serta kendala biaya. Dengan demikian, implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SMA 2 PSKD secara umum mendapatkan respons positif, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan yang perlu diatasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaannya./This study analyzes students' perceptions of the implementation of the kurikulum merdeka at SMA 2 PSKD, particularly in physics learning for grade X. The aim of this research is to determine the extent to which students understand and respond to the implementation of the kurikulum merdeka. The approach used is a mixed-method, where quantitative data was collected through questionnaires involving 78 students, while qualitative data was obtained through structured interviews with one curriculum representative, one physics teacher, and 14 students. The study results indicate that the average student perception score of the kurikulum merdeka reached 78.55%, categorized as positive. However, challenges remain in students' understanding of learning outcomes. In the aspect of the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), the challenges include students' lack of awareness in completing projects, teachers' limited time in preparing P5, the lack of contribution from some students in groups, and financial constraints. Thus, the implementation of the kurikulum merdeka at SMA 2 PSKD has generally received a positive response, although challenges still need to be addressed to improve its effectiveness.
