Abstract

Disiplin kerja merupakan sikap dan perilaku karyawan dalam menaati peraturan, prosedur, serta standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Insentif merupakan suatu penghargaan dalam bentuk uang yang diberikan oleh pihak pemimpin organisasi kepada karyawan agar mereka bekerja dengan motivasi yang tinggi dan berprestasi dalam pencapaian tujuan-tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi produksi PT. Gunung Mas Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Gunung Mas Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variable disiplin kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,796 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Sedangkan variable insentif (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,746 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,007. Uji f simultan menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan insentif secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai f sebesar 27,419. Koefisien determinasi dihasilkan bahwa korelasi antara ketika variabel disiplin kerja (X1) dan insentif (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 55,6% Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Insentif, Kinerja Karyawan / Work discipline refers to employees' attitudes and behaviors in complying with company regulations, procedures, and standards. Incentives are monetary rewards given by organizational leaders to employees to motivate them to work with high motivation and achieve organizational goals. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of work discipline and incentives on employee performance in the production division of PT. Gunung Mas Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative approach using a data collection technique using a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of PT. Gunung Mas Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 3.796 and a significance value of 0.000. While the incentive variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect with a t-value of 2.746 and a significance value of 0.007. The simultaneous f test shows that work discipline and incentives together have a significant effect on employee performance with an f value of 27.419. The coefficient of determination is produced that the correlation between when the work discipline variable (X1) and incentives (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 55.6% Keywords: Work Discipline, Incentives, Employee Performance
