Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan, kompetensi profesional guru, manajemen, serta tantangan dan strategi dalam penerapan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di Sekolah Dasar Swasta Amore Prime School. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan P5 dilakukan melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik peserta didik, seperti bazar budaya, presentasi tradisional, dan proyek tematik. Kompetensi profesional guru memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan P5, mendorong inovasi dalam metode pengajaran, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Manajemen penerapan P5 mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang komprehensif. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan fasilitas, perubahan mindset guru, serta keterlibatan orang tua siswa. Strategi yang diusulkan mencakup pelatihan intensif untuk guru, kolaborasi dengan stakeholder, dan penyediaan fasilitas pendukung. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bahwa penerapan P5 secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru dan pembelajaran berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila. Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan P5, Kompetensi Profesional Guru, Manajemen Penerapan P5/This study aims to analyze the implementation, teachers’ professional competence, management, as well as challenges and strategies in implementing the Strengthening of Pancasila Student Profiles (P5) Project at Amore Prime Private Elementary School. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of P5 is conducted through project-based learning tailored to the characteristics of students, such as cultural bazaars, traditional presentations, and thematic projects. Teachers’ professional competence plays a critical role in supporting the success of P5, fostering innovation in teaching methods and the utilization of technology. The management of P5 encompasses comprehensive planning, implementation, and evaluation. However, challenges encountered include limited facilities, changes in teachers’ mindsets, and parental involvement. Proposed strategies include intensive teacher training, collaboration with stakeholders, and provision of supporting facilities. This study provides insights that the effective implementation of P5 can enhance teachers' professional competence and learning based on Pancasila values.
