Abstract
Kinerja karyawan memiliki peran strategis dalam menunjang keberhasilan organisasi. Dalam lingkup operasional perusahaan, pencapaian kinerja yang optimal sangat dipengaruhi oleh pelaksanaan pelatihan yang efektif serta penerapan disiplin kerja yang konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sintera Mitra Industri, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang berlokasi di Jakarta Timur. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 74 responden menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan (X₁) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,149 (> 0,05). Sementara itu, variabel disiplin kerja (X₂) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar < 0,001 (< 0,05). Uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adapun nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,869, yang berarti bahwa 86,9% variasi dalam kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen dalam model ini, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Berdasarkan temuan ini, perusahaan disarankan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program pelatihan serta memperkuat penerapan disiplin kerja guna mendorong kinerja karyawan secara optimal. In the operational context of a company, achieving optimal performance is strongly influenced by effective training implementation and consistent enforcement of work discipline. This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work discipline on employee performance at PT Sintera Mitra Industri, a manufacturing company located in East Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 74 respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, which includes tests of validity, reliability, classical assumptions, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that the training variable (X₁) does not have a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.149 (> 0.05). Meanwhile, the work discipline variable (X₂) has a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of < 0.001 (< 0.05). The simultaneous test (F-test) shows that both training and work discipline collectively have a significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.869, indicating that 86.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the two independent variables in this model, while the remaining 13.1% is influenced by other factors outside the study. Based on these findings, the company is advised to enhance the effectiveness of training programs and strengthen the enforcement of work discipline to support optimal employee performance.
