Abstract

Studi ini dilaksanakan untuk mencermati dampak dari Sarana Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) di PT. Balina Agung Perkasa Bekasi. Pendekatan riset yang diterapkan ialah kuantitatif, menggunakan Teknik penghimpunan data berupa angket. Seluruh kelompok yang dijadikan sasaran adalah pegawai PT. Balina Agung Perkasa Bekasi. Sampel yang dipilih dalam kajian ini berjumlah 44 responden. Temuan riset ini memperlihatkan bahwa peubah Sarana Kerja (X1) menunjukkan dampak positif dan berarti terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan angka sebesar 5,245 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Sementara itu, peubah Disiplin Kerja (X2) juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan angka sebesar 2,643 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,012. Pengujian serentak menjelaskan bahwa Sarana Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja secara kolektif berdampak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan angka sebesar 82,096. Koefisien Determinasi memberikan hasil bahwa korelasi antara ketiga peubah, yaitu sebesar 79,4%. Kata Kunci : Sarana Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan / This study was conducted to examine the impact of Work Facilities (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Balina Agung Perkasa Bekasi. The research approach applied was quantitative, using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. All groups targeted were employees of PT. Balina Agung Perkasa Bekasi. The sample selected in this study amounted to 44 respondents. The findings of this research show that the variable Work Facilities (X1) shows a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance with a figure of 5.245 and a significance level of 0.001. Meanwhile, the variable Work Discipline (X2) also has a positive and significant influence with a figure of 2.643 and a significance level of 0.012. Simultaneous testing explains that Work Facilities and Work Discipline collectively have a significant impact on Employee Performance with a figure of 82.096. The Determination Coefficient shows that the correlation between the three variables is 79.4%. Keywords: Work Facilities, Work Discipline, Employee Performance
