Abstract
Kinerja karyawan mencerminkan sejauh mana individu berhasil dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya, berdasarkan indikator-indikator yang telah ditetapkan. Adapun faktor yang menyebabkan kinerja karyawan menurun, seperti tidak adanya pengelolaan yang baik mengenai beban kerja dan gaji karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana beban kerja dan gaji berpengaruh pada performa kerja karyawan KAP Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh yaitu 30 karyawan kantor dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Skala likert 1 sampai 5 disertakan dalam kuesioner yang digunkan untuk pengumpulan data. Dalam melakukan analisis deskriptif didukung oleh software Excel dan SPSS versi 26.0. temuan penelitian mengindikasikan beban kerja (X1) menunjukkan adanya tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001, yang berada < 0,05. Kondisi tersebut membuktikan bahwa pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan bersifat signifikan. Nilai t hitung sebesar 3,774 > t tabel (3,774 > 2,052) memperkuat bukti beban kerja berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan KAP Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono cabang Jakarta Selatan. Sementara itu, variabel gaji (X2) membuktikan tidak adanya pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,470 > 0,05. Nilai t hitung untuk variabel ini adalah 0,733, yang lebih kecil dibandingkan t tabel sebesar 2,052, sehingga gaji tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengujian dengan bersamaan memberikan hasil f hitung sebesar 7,382, sedangkan f tabel 3,35. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, nilai f hitung yang melebihi f tabel. Nilai signifikan dari uji F sebesar 0,003 < 0,05 menunjukkan secara simultan, adanya pengaruh beban kerja dan gaji terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Gaji, Kinerja Karyawan / Employee Performance is the level of succes of an individual or team in carrying out the task that are their responsibility, based on previously determined indicators. There are various factors that may lead to a decrease in employee performance, such as the lack of good management of employee workload and salary. The purpose of this quantitative study is to identify how workload and salary affect employee performance at KAP Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono, South Jakarta branch. By using a saturated sampling technique, 30 office employees were selected as research samples. A likert scale of 1 to 5 is included in the questionnaire used for data collection. In conducting descriptive analysis supported by excel and SPSS software version 26.0. With the workload variable as (X1) having a significant level of 0,001 < 0,05, which indicates the result of the variable (X1) are significant. The t-count value of 3,774, t-count > t-table (3,774 > 2,052) suggest that the workload variable has a significant effect on employee performance at KAP Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono, South Jakarta branch. The outcome of the influence of the salary variable as (X2) indicate that there is no significant effect on employee performance at KAP Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono, South Jakarta branch, namely 0,470 > 0,05. The t-table value of 2,052, indicates that t-count < t-table (0,733 < 2,052). The simultaneous test produces the resulting F-statistic of 7,382, then the F-table value of 3,35. With the meaning that workload and salary significantly affect employee performance is significantly influenced, as indicated by a p-value of 0,003 (less than 0,05) and an F-statistic exceeding the critical value (7,382 > 3,35).
