Abstract

Resort di Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) bertujuan sebagai destinasi wisata premium yang menggabungkan arsitektur organik dengan alam dan lingkungan pesisir. Kawasan PIK dipilih karena memiliki potensi strategis dari segi lokasi, aksesibilitas, dan daya tarik wisata alam. Pemanfaatan ruang yang efisien, integrasi fungsi komersial dan hunian, keberlanjutan lingkungan, dan ruang yang indah dan nyaman bagi pengguna adalah masalah utama yang diangkat dalam perancangan ini. Analisis tapak, kebutuhan pengguna, dan karakteristik lingkungan pesisir dilakukan selama proses perancangan. Metode ini dilanjutkan dengan penelitian pendekatan arsitektur organik, yang menekankan pada keselarasan antara bentuk, fungsi, dan alam. Hasilnya adalah pengembangan konsep desain resor yang menggabungkan beberapa zona fungsi: zona privat (kamar, cottage, dan pengelola), zona semi-publik (restoran, spa, dan toko souvernir), dan zona publik (promenade, taman, beach club, dan fasilitas seperti lapangan), dengan lanskap dan sirkulasi yang terintegrasi. Konsep estetika mengutamakan bentuk lengkung yang tampak alami, bahan yang aman bagi lingkungan, dan palet warna netral yang selaras dengan lingkungan. Diharapkan bahwa metode ini akan berfungsi sebagai model untuk pengembangan kawasan wisata urban yang berkelanjutan yang memiliki identitas arsitektur yang kuat selain fungsional dan estetis. Kata Kunci: Resor, Arsitektur Organik, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Area Wisata. / The Resort at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) aims to be a premium tourist destination that combines organic architecture with nature and the coastal environment. The PIK area was chosen because it has strategic potential in terms of location, accessibility and natural tourist attractions. Efficient use of space, integration of commercial and residential functions, environmental sustainability, and a beautiful and comfortable space for users are the main issues raised in this design. Site analysis, user needs and coastal environmental characteristics are carried out during the design process. This method is continued with research into the organic architectural approach, which emphasizes harmony between form, function and nature. The result is the development of a resort design concept that combines several functional zones: private zone (rooms, cottages, and management), semi-public zone (restaurant, spa, and souvenir shop), and public zone (promenade, park, beach club, and facilities such as fields), with integrated landscape and circulation. The aesthetic concept prioritizes natural-looking curved shapes, environmentally safe materials, and a neutral color palette that is in harmony with the environment. It is hoped that this method will serve as a model for the development of sustainable urban tourism areas that have a strong architectural identity in addition to being functional and aesthetic.
