Abstract

"Penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya pencapaian hasil belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) di kelas XI SMTK STAR Pekanbaru pada Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Berdasarkan hasil temuan awal, tercatat bahwa hanya 37,93% peserta didik yang mampu mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 29 peserta didik kelas XI. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar kognitif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif guna melihat peningkatan hasil belajar serta perubahan distribusi nilai peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pencapaian hasil belajar peserta didik. Pada pra-siklus, nilai rata-rata sebesar 67,21 dengan standar deviasi 12,8 dan ketuntasan belajar hanya 37,93%. Setelah tindakan pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 77,52, standar deviasi turun menjadi 5,20, dan ketuntasan naik menjadi 72,41%. Pada siklus II, hasil belajar kembali meningkat dengan rata-rata 81,55, standar deviasi menurun ke angka 3,84, dan ketuntasan mencapai 93,10%. Penurunan standar deviasi dari pra-siklus ke siklus II mencerminkan pemerataan hasil belajar peserta didik, di mana nilai tidak hanya meningkat secara keseluruhan, tetapi juga menyempit dalam rentang yang lebih homogen. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan model PjBL berbasis media interaktif sebagai pendekatan alternatif yang inovatif dan efektif dalam pembelajaran PAK, serta sebagai strategi dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih kontekstual dan bermakna./This study was motivated by the low academic achievement of students in the Christian Religious Education (PAK) subject for Grade XI at SMTK STAR Pekanbaru during the 2023/2024 academic year. Based on initial findings, only 37.93% of students met the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). The study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method conducted in two cycles. The subjects were 29 students from Grade XI. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and tests to assess students’ cognitive learning outcomes. The data obtained were analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively to observe the improvement in learning outcomes and the change in the distribution of student scores. The results showed a significant improvement in students' academic performance. In the pre-cycle phase, the average score was 67.21 with a standard deviation of 12.8, and only 37.93% of students achieved mastery. After the first cycle, the average score increased to 77.52, the standard deviation decreased to 5.20, and the mastery rate rose to 72.41%. In the second cycle, the average score further increased to 81.55, with a reduced standard deviation of 3.84, and the mastery rate reached 93.10%. The decrease in standard deviation from the pre-cycle to the second cycle indicates a more even distribution of student learning outcomes, reflecting not only overall improvement but also a narrowing of the score range. This study recommends the application of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model supported by interactive media as an innovative and effective alternative approach for teaching Christian Religious Education. It also serves as a strategic method to foster a more contextual and meaningful learning environment."
