Abstract

Skripsi karya ini membahas peran eksekutor dalam penyelenggaraan Zigmarket.co, sebuah event preloved market yang mengangkat konsep sustainability atau keberlanjutan. Event ini dirancang sebagai respon terhadap meningkatnya konsumsi fast fashion serta kurangnya kesadaran generasi Z terhadap dampak lingkungan. Dengan melibatkan inluflencer dan UMKM, acara ini tidak hanya menjadi wadah transaksi barang preloved, tetapi juga sebagai ruang edukatif dan kampanye lingkungan. Peran eksekutor dianalisis dalam tiga tahap utama: pre-event, pelaksanaan event, dan post-event. Eksekutor bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan teknis, manajemen sumber daya, koordinasi antar divisi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi seluruh proses acara. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa peran eksekutor sangat krusial dalam menjamin keberhasilan penyelenggaraan event, baik dari segi operasional maupun pencapaian tujuan tematik, yaitu menyebarkan nilai keberlanjutan kepada generasi muda. Karya ini juga relevan dengan konsep Consumer Citizenship dan Green Consumer, serta diharapkan menjadi referensi dalam kajian event management berbasis nilai sosial dan lingkungan. Kata Kunci: eksekutor, preloved market, sustainability, generasi Z / This creative thesis discusses the role of the executor in organizing Zigmarket.co, a preloved market event that promotes the concept of sustainability. The event was designed in response to the rise of fast fashion consumption and the lack of environmental awareness among Generation Z. By involving influencers and small businesses (UMKM), this event served not only as a marketplace for preloved items but also as an educational platform and environmental campaign. The executor’s role is analyzed through three main stages: pre-event, event execution, and post-event. The executor is responsible for technical planning, resource management, inter-divisional coordination, as well as monitoring and evaluating the entire event process. Findings indicate that the executor plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of the event, both in terms of operations and achieving thematic goals, namely promoting sustainability values to the younger generation. This work is also relevant to the theories of Consumer Citizenship and Green Consumer, and is expected to serve as a reference in event management studies with social and environmental value orientations.
