Abstract
Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efek simultan dan parsial dari variabel independen, Gaji dan Beban Kerja, terhadap variabel dependen, Perputaran Karyawan. Ini ialah studi kuantitatif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. (kuesioner). Peserta dalam riset ini ialah Karyawan PT. Erima Baja Jaya. Studi ini menggunakan ukuran sampel sebanyak 36 responden. Hasil Uji Parsial (uji t) menampilkan bahwasanya Gaji (X1) mempunyai pengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Perputaran Karyawan, dengan nilai t sebanyak 2.304 > 1.688 (t-tabel) dan nilai signifikansi 0.023 < 0.05. Variabel Beban Kerja (X2) mempunyai pengaruh positive dan signifikan terhadap Pergantian Karyawan, dengan nilai t sebanyak 2,195 > 1,688 dan nilai signifikansi sebanyak 0,035 < 0,05. Berikutnya, dalam Uji Simultan (uji F), variabel Gaji dan Beban Kerja mempunyai pengaruh simultan yang signifikan terhadap variabel Perputaran Karyawan, dengan nilai F yang dihitung sebanyak 9,919 dan tingkat signifikansi sebanyak 0,001, serta nilai tabel F sebanyak 3,26. Nilai F yang diproyeksikan melebihi nilai F tabel, dan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 cenderung kecil dari 0,05. Selain itu, Uji Koefisien Determinasi (Adjusted R2) menampilkan bahwasanya variabel Gaji (X1) dan Beban Kerja (X2) mempunyai hubungan sebanyak 33,8% dengan Pergantian Karyawan. (Y). Kata Kunci : Gaji, Beban Kerja, dan Turnover Karyawan / This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables, Salary and Workload, on the dependent variable, Employee Turnover. This is a quantitative study, with data collected through a questionnaire. (kuesioner). The participants in this study are employees of PT. Erima Baja Jaya. This study uses a sample size of 36 respondents. The results of the Partial Test (ttest) show that Salary (X1) has a negative and significant effect on Employee Turnover, with a t value of 2.304 > 1.688 (t-table) and a significance value of 0.023 < 0.05. The Workload variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Turnover, with a t value of 2.195 > 1.688 and a significance value of 0.035 < 0.05. Furthermore, in the Simultaneous Test (F-test), the Salary and Workload variables have a significant simultaneous effect on the Employee Turnover variable, with a calculated F value of 9.919 and a significance level of 0.001, while the F table value is 3.26. The projected F value exceeds the F table value, and the significance level of 0.001 is less than 0.05. In addition, the Adjusted R2 Coefficient of Determination test shows that the Salary variable (X1) and Workload variable (X2) have a relationship of 33.8% with Employee Turnover. (Y).
