Abstract

Sectio caesarea adalah proses melahirkan melalui tindakan prosedur pembedahan untuk mengeluarkan janin beserta plasenta. Nyeri sectio caesarea di sebabkan insisi/sayatan pada dinding abdomen dan dinding rahim. Tujuan: Memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien post sectio caesarea dengan masalah nyeri untuk penerapan teknik reklaksasi benson untuk menurunkan nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea. Metode: Studi kasus menggunakan deskriptif pendekatan proses asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian keperawatan khusus maternitas (Postpartum). Melalui metode wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik dan data rekam medis. Hasil: Terjadi penurunan intensitas nyeri, pada pasien pertama sebelum melakukan teknik relaksasi benson dengan skala nyeri 8, setelah relaksasi benson diberikan selama 3 hari nyeri menurun dengan skala 3, pada pasien kedua sebelum melakukan teknik relaksasi benson dengan skala nyeri 8, setelah relaksasi bensondiberikan selama 3hari nyeri menurun dengan skala nyeri 5. Kesimpulan: Teknik relaksasi benson merupakan salah satu teknik menurunkan masalah nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea. Kata Kunci : Sectio Caesarea, Kata Kunci : Sectio Caesarea, Skala Nyeri, Teknik Relaksasi Benson. / Cesarea sectio is a birthing process through a surgical procedure to remove the fetus and placenta. Cesarean section pain is caused by incisions in the abdominal wall and uterine wall. Objective: To provide nursing care to post cesarean section patients with pain problems for the application of Benson's relaxation technique to reduce pain in post-cesarea section patients. Method: Case study using descriptive nursing care process approach, namely special maternity nursing assessment (Postpartum). Through interview methods, observation, physical examination and medical record data. Results: There was a decrease in pain intensity, in the first patient before performing the Benson relaxation technique the pain scale was 8, after Benson relaxation was given for 3 days the pain decreased to a scale of 3, in the second patient before performing the Benson relaxation technique the pain scale was 8, after Benson relaxation was given for 3 days the pain decreased to a pain scale of 5. Conclusion: Benson relaxation technique is one of the techniques to reduce pain problems in post-cesarean section patients. Keywords : Sectio Caesarea, Pain, Benson Relaxation Technique
