Abstract

Prestasi kerja adalah suatu elemen utama dalam mengukur pertumbuhan suatu organisasi atau usaha. Riset ini dilaksanakan di UPTD PUSKESMAS AWAAI instansi fasilitas kesehatan yang melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat secara individual pada tingkat pertama, sehingga diharapkan pemeliharaan kesehatan bisa dilaksanakan seoptimal mungkin. Riset ini dimaksudkan guna memahami apakah terdapat korelasi antara motivasi dan budaya organisasi dengan prestasi kerja para pegawai pada UPTD Puskesmas Awaai. Hasil riset ini menunjukan ada keterkaitan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UPTD Puskesmas Awaai. Hasilnya ditemukan adanya indikator yang kuat adanya korelasi antara variabel motivasi kerja dengan prestasi kerja yang nilainya 0,000 atau di bawah 0,05, Ini artinya bisa disimpulkan adanya kebutuhan primer, sosial, keamanan dan keselamatan serta penghargaan yang diberikan Puskesmas Awaai kepada karyawan sehingga bisa menambah motivasi kerja untuk mengaktualisasikan dirinya lebih baik lagi dalam bekerja. / One of the most important factors in gauging an organization's or company's progress is work performance. In order to ensure that health maintenance is carried out as effectively as possible, this study was carried out at the UPTD PUSKESMAS AWAAI, a health facility institution that offers individual health services to the community at the first level. It primarily focuses on preventive and promotional efforts. The purpose of this study is to determine how much organizational culture and employee motivation are related to each other's job performance at UPTD Puskesmas Awaai. Employee performance at UPTD Puskesmas Awaai is strongly correlated with work motivation, according to the study's findings. The findings showed a strong correlation (0.000 less than 0.05) between work motivation variables and work performance. This indicates that Puskesmas Awaai provides employees with awards to boost their motivation and help them realize their full potential at work, as well as primary, social, security, and safety needs.
