Abstract
Abraham, Jovita 2024, The Influence of Family Environment, Peer Environment, Service Quality, and Student Centered Learning Approach on The Worship Interest of Generation Z Bethel Teens at GBI Bethel Bandung. Dissertation of Christian Education Study Program Postgraduate Program of Universitas Kristen Indonesia. This research examines the influence of family environment, peer environment, service quality, and student-centered learning approach on the worship interest of Generation Z Bethel Teens at GBI Bethel Bandung. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach through a survey method. The research data processing is assisted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27.0, with a sample size of 130 participants. The research indicates that simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between Family Environment, Peer Environment, Service Quality, and Student-Centered Learning Approach on the Worship Interest of Generation Z Bethel Teens at GBI Bethel Bandung. The magnitude of these independent variables' influence on the Worship Interest of Generation Z is 81.1%. Partially, research shows that Family Environment, Service Quality, and Student-Centered Learning Approach have a positive and significant influence on the Worship Interest of Generation Z. Meanwhile, Peer Environment does not have a significant influence on the Worship Interest of Generation Z. The significance varibale order of influence from highest to lowest is Service Quality, Student-Centered Learning Approach, and Family Environment. Based on research findings, it is recommended that the church becomes an Eduservtainment place for Generation Z. Eduservtainment is a term that stands for education, service, and entertainment. The concept of Eduservtainment needs to be implemented in the church because it aims to make the church a space for educational that serves and enjoyable. Therefore, the church, including its activities, becomes a place that is appealing and loved by younger generation, especially Generation Z. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan teman sebaya, kualitas layanan jasa, dan pendekatan pembelajaran student centered learning terhadap minat ibadah generasi Z Bethel Teens di GBI Bethel Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui metode survey. Adapun, pengolahan data penelitian dibantu melalui program aplikasi Statistical Package for the Social Sciences atau SPSS versi 27.0, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 130 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Lingkungan Keluarga, Lingkungan Teman Sebaya, Kualitas Layanan Jasa, dan Pendekatan Pembelajaran Student Centered Learning terhadap Minat Ibadah Generasi Z Bethel Teens di GBI Bethel Bandung. Adapun, besarnya variabel-variabel bebas (independent variable) tersebut terhadap Minat Ibadah Generasi Z adalah sebesar 81,1%. Secara parsial, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Keluarga, Kualitas Layanan Jasa, dan Pendekatan Pembelajaran Student Centered Learning memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Ibadah Generasi Z. Sementara variabel Lingkungan Teman Sebaya tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Minat Ibadah Generasi Z. Berdasarkan besaran signifikansi pengaruh, maka urutan pengaruh dari variabel terbesar hingga terkecil adalah Kualitas Layanan, Pendekatan Pembelajaran Student Centered Learning, serta Lingkungan Keluarga. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, gereja disarankan menjadi wadah Eduservtainement bagi Generasi Z. Eduservtainment adalah istilah yang merupakan singkatan dari education atau pendidikan, service atau layanan, dan entertainment atau hiburan. Konsep Eduservtainment perlu diterapkan dalam gereja, karena pemikiran Eduservtainment berupaya menjadikan gereja menjadi sebuah wadah edukasi yang melayani dan menyenangkan. Dengan demikian, gereja, termasuk dengan kegiatannya, menjadi tempat yang diminati dan digemari oleh generasi muda, khususnya bagi Generasi Z.
