Abstract

Low back pain (LBP) merupakan rasa nyeri yang dirasakan pada punggung bawah yang sumbernya adalah tulang belakang daerah spinal, otot, saraf, atau struktur lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan pegawai swasta tentang ergonomi posisi duduk yang salah terhadap penyakit low back pain di PT. Hardware Clothing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei analitik dengan rancangan survei cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan popilasi yang didapatkan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi subjek penelitian dan didapatkan sebanyak 53 responden. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket atau kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat dari penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa semua responden (100%) memiliki pengetahuan baik. sebanyak 37 responden (69,8%) memiliki pengetahuan sedang sebanyak 12 responden (22,6%) memiliki pengetahuan buruk sebanyak 4 responden (7,5%) memiliki keluhan LBP sebanyak 7 responden (13,2%). Sedangkan 46 responden (86,8%) tidak memiliki keluhan LBP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di PT. HARDWARE CLOTHING ini maka disimpulkan bahwa, terdapat hubungan. Kata kunci: low back pain, pengetahuan, keluhan. / Low back pain (LBP) is a perceived pain in the lower back whose source is the spinal cord, muscles, nerves, or other structures. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of private employees about the ergonomics of the wrong sitting position against low back pain disease in PT. Hardware Clothing. The research method used was analytic survey with cross sectional survey design. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with the popilation obtained based on the inclusion criteria of the research subjects and obtained as many as 53 respondents. Instrument used in this research is a questionnaire or questionnaire. Based on the results obtained from the study, it was concluded that all respondents (100%) have good knowledge. as many as 37 respondents (69.8%) had medium knowledge as many as 12 respondents (22.6%) had bad knowledge as many as 4 respondents (7.5%) had LBP complaint as many as 7 respondents (13.2%). While 46 respondents (86.8%) did not have LBP complaints. Based on the results of research at PT. HARDWARE CLOTHING then it is concluded that, there is a relationship.
