Abstract

Hiperkolesterolemia adalah suatu keadaan tingginya kadar kolesterol plasma dan merupakan faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. National Cholesterol Education Panel Adult Treatment Program III (NCEP-ATP III) menganjurkan statin sebagai obat pilihan pertama untuk menurunkan kadar kolesterol. Penelitian pola penggunaan statin di RSUD Pasar Rebo dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit ditujukan untuk melihat angka responder pasien yang menggunakan statin dan melihat keberhasilan terapi. Data diambil dari rekam medis dari Januari 2016-Januari 2018. Terdapat 33 kasus di RSUD Pasar Rebo, 26 wanita dan 7 pria dan 30 kasus di Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit, 15 wanita dan 15 pria. Kelompok usia yang paling banyak yaitu usia 51-60 tahun. Hanya ada dua jenis statin yang digunakan, yaitu simvastatin dan atorvastatin. Statin yang paling sering digunakan adalah simvastatin. Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit hanya menggunakan monoterapi statin sebagai terapi hiperkolesterolemia. Sementara di RSUD Pasar Rebo, sebesar 66,67% kasus menggunakan monoterapi statin dan 33,33% menggunakan terapi kombinasi. Responder paling banyak pada kadar trigliserid, yakni sebesar 39,7% dari RSUD Pasar Rebo dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit yang mencapai target terapi kadar trigliserid dan hanya 11,1% pasien yang mencapai target terapi LDL. Hal ini dapat disebabkan beberapa hal seperti ketidakpatuhan pasien dalam mengkonsumsi obat atau evaluasi dan monitoring yang tidak dilakukan secara berkala. National Cholesterol Education Panel Adult Treatment Program III (NCEP-ATP III) recommends statins as the first choice drug for lowering cholesterol levels. The study of the pattern of statin use in RSUD Pasar Rebo and Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit was aimed at looking at responder number of patients using statins and seeing the success of therapy. Data was taken from medical records from January 2016 to January 2018. There were 33 cases in RSUD Pasar Rebo, 26 women and 7 men and 30 cases in Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit, 15 women and 15 men. The most age group is age 51-60 years. There are only two types of statin used, simvastatin and atorvastatin. The most commonly used statin is simvastatin. Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit only use statin monotherapy as a therapy for hypercholesterolemia. While in RSUD Pasar Rebo, 66.67% of cases used statin monotherapy and 33.33% used combination therapy. Responder was the most on triglyceride levels, which was 39.7% from RSUD Pasar Rebo and Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit which achieved the target of triglyceride level and only 11.1% of patients achieved LDL therapy targets. This can be caused by several things such as patient non-compliance in taking drugs or evaluations and monitoring that are not conducted regularly. Keywords: hypercholesterolemia, statin.
