Abstract

Stroke merupakan suatu gangguan fungsi saraf yang disebabkan oleh gangguan aliran darah dalam otak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tekanan darah pada pasien stroke di Rumah Sakit Pancaran Kasih Manado. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif retrospektif. Selama bulan Maret 2015 - Maret 2016 terdapat 93 pasien stroke yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tekanan darah pasien stroke pada saat masuk rumah sakit rata-rata memiliki tekanan darah yang seimbang antara hipertensi stage II (35,48%) dan hipertensi stage I (33,33%) sedangkan pada pengukuran tekanan darah saat keluar rumah sakit terjadi penurunan ke hipertensi stage I (38,7%) dan ke tekanan darah normal (25,8%). Ini menunjukkan keefektivitas layanan kesehatan di RS Pancaran Kasih Manado ditinjau dari faktor tekanan darah. Kata Kunci : Stroke, Tekanan Darah. / Stroke is a nerve dysfunction due to cerebrovascular flow insufficiency. This research was aimed to know the description of blood pressure from stroke patients at Pancaran Kasih Hospital Manado. Method of research was a retrospective descriptive study. During the period of March 2015 to March 2016, there were 93 stroke patients who met the research criteria. The final result of this research shows the blood pressure of the stroke patients when they were hospitalized had a balanced average blood pressure between stage II hypertension (35,48%) and stage I hypertension(33,33%) whereas when they left the hospital, the blood pressure was decreased to stage I hypertension (38,7%) and even to normal blood pressure (25,8%). This may indicate the effect of hospitalization at Pancaran Kasih Hospital Manado when blood pressure is considered for evaluation. Keywords : Stroke, Blood Pressure
