Abstract

Dermatitis Atopik adalah penyakit kronis yang sering mumcul pada masa bayi awal dan masa kanak-kanak dan dapat muncul kembali pada usia dewasa. Di Indonesia dermatitis atopik termasuk lima besar penyakit kulit yang sering dijumpai. Dermatitis atopik dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor genetik dan kondisi lingkungan termasuk faktor neurogenus dan imunologi. Dari sekian banyak faktor yang berhubungan dengan dermatitis atopik, stress psikologis bisa menyebabkan kekambuhan dermatitis atopik sehingga dapat memperparah tingkat keparahan dermatitis atopik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara stres dengan kekambuhan dermatitis atopik pada dewasa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi korelasi yang dilakukan pada bulan Febuari 2017 dengan total responden sebanyak 53 orang yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi yang ditentukan oleh peneliti. Pada hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p=0,003 (p<0,05) dan r=0,398 menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara stres dengan kekambuhan dermatitis atopik pada dewasa, dengan kekuatan hubungan lemah Kata Kunci : Stres, Dermatitis Atopik. / Atopic Dermatitis is a chronic disease commonly in children but can also reoccur in adults. Atopic dermatitis cases in Indonesia is five of the most common skin disease. Atopic Dermatitis is mostly caused by genetic factors and certain environment including neurological factor and immunological factors. Of the many factors associated with atopic dermatitis, psychological stress can cause a recurrence of atopic dermatitis in adults and could cause an increase of the severity of atopic dermatitis symptoms. The goal of this research is to find out if stress is related to the recurrence of atopic dermatitis in adults. This research is a correlation study which is done in the month of February 2017 with a total of 53 respondents that have passed the restriction criteria made by the researcher. The results from the statistical test show that p=0.003 (p<0,05) and r=0,398 which means that there is a significant correlation between stress and the recurrence of atopic dermatitis in adults, with low correlation strength.
