Abstract

Diabetes Melitus merupakan penyakit kronis yang prevalensinya terus meningkat. Di Indonesia terjadi peningkatan angka DM dari 1,1 persen (2007) menjadi 2,4 persen (2013). Pasien DM perlu mendapatkan obat setiap bulannya untuk mengontrol kadar gula darah mereka. Rakyat Indonesia memiliki sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) untuk mengontrol kesehatannya termasuk penyakit Diabetes Melitus. JKN diselenggarakan oleh BPJS Kesehatan mulai 1 Januari 2014 yang berlaku secara nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan proses penyediaan obat di Kota Depok dan Kabupaten Manokwari. Metode penelitian ini bersifat analitik cross sectional dilaksanakan pada Januari 2017 dengan sampel seluruh apotek yang bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan di Kota Depok dan Kabupaten Manokwari. Hasilnya apotek di Kota Depok lebih banyak terjadi stok kosong obat sedangkan di Manokwari tidak terjadi stok kosong dan terdapat hubungan antara ketersediaan obat dengan proses penerimaan di apotek tersebut. Kata Kunci : Diabetes Melitus, BPJS Kesehatan, Ketersediaan Obat, Stok Kosong. / Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease whose prevalence continues to rise. There is an increase in DM incident from 1.1 percent (2007) to 2.4 percent (2013). Patients with DM need to receive medication every month to control their blood sugar levels. Indonesian have a National Health Insurance system to control their health including Diabetes Mellitus. JKN hosted by BPJS Kesehatan began on January 1, 2014 that applied nationally. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the process of drug supply in Depok and Manokwari District. This research method is analytic cross sectional, held in January 2017 with samples from the pharmacy which cooperate with BPJS in Depok and Manokwari District. The results are the pharmacies in Depok have a lot of stock out incident whereas in Manokwari there is no stock out incident and there is a correlation between the availability of drugs and the drug reception process at the pharmacy.
