Abstract

Laju filtrasi glomerulus (LFG) berhubungan dengan kondisi fungsi ginjal dan digunakan sebagai penentu diagnosis Penyakit Ginjal Kronik (PGK). PGK merupakan masalah kesehatan yang serius dan prevalensinya meningkat secara drastis. Tujuan analisis ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan PGK. Umur yang lebih tua mempunyai risiko PGK yang lebih besar dibanding umur yang lebih muda. Penurunan eLFG merupakan proses “normal aging”. Faktor risiko pada penyakit ginjal kronik antara lain Diabetes Melitus (DM), hipertensi, obesitas, infeksi saluran kencing dan penyakit kardiovaskuler. Pada hasil penelitian di Rumah Sakit UKI Jakarta . faktor risiko tertinggi yaitu penyakit hipertensi dengan rentan usia 60- 64 tahun. Kata kunci : Penyakit Ginjal Kronik ,Faktor Risiko, Usia Lanjut. / Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) is associated with renal function and used to diagnose Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). CKD is considered a serious worldwide public health problem, and the prevalence is increasing dramatically. The aim of the analisis is to explore of the factors associated with estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR). Older age has a greater risk of CKD than younger age. Decreasing eLFG is a "normal aging" process. Risk factors for chronic kidney disease include diabetes mellitus (DM), hypertension, obesity, urinary tract infections and cardiovascular disease. On the results of the study at the UKI Hospital in Jakarta. the highest risk factor is hypertension with 60-64 years of age. Keywords: Chronic kidney disease, Risk factors, Elderly.
