Abstract

Prestasi kerja karyawan merupakan aspek krusial dalam mencapai tujuan dan keberlanjutan suatu perusahaan. Dalam konteks dinamika industri modern, PT. DNP Indonesia Karawang Factory sebagai entitas bisnis yang bergerak di sektor manufaktur, dihadapkan pada tuntutan untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja karyawan guna mempertahankan daya saingnya. Dalam perjalanan mencapai prestasi kerja, faktor-faktor internal seperti kerjasama tim dan disiplin kerja menjadi elemen-elemen yang memegang peran penting. Peneliti dalam melakukan riset ini menggunakan metode penelitian yang bersifat kolaboratif, sehingga dengan demikian Peneliti dapat memahami sampai sejauh mana adanya korelasi antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Sebanyak 40 orang pekerja yang menjadi populasi penelitian adalah karyawan PT. DNP Pabrik Karawang. Sampel utama penelitian ini adalah 40 responden yang terpilih melalui metode teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan PT. DNP Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh adanya kolaborasi antar sesama anggota tim dan disiplin kerja. Secara khusus, Kerjasama Tim (X1) memberikan dampak yang kuat dan baik bagi prestasi kerja para pekerja, demikian juga dengan Disiplin Kerja (X2). Variabel Kerjasama Tim diketahui mempunyai efek yang dominan atas prestasi para pekerja di PT DNP Indonesia, yang tercermin dari nilai beta Standardized Coefficients sebesar 0,648. / Employee work performance is a critical aspect for achieving a target and sustainability of a organization. In the context of modern industrial dynamics, PT. DNP Indonesia Karawang Factory, as a business entity operating in the manufacturing sector, faces the demand to continually enhance employee performance to maintain competitiveness. In the journey toward achieving work performance, internal factors such as teamwork and work discipline play pivotal rule. This riset are minded to know how PT. DNP Karawang Factory employees perform in relation to teamwork and work discipline. All 40 employees of PT. DNP Karawang Factory are included in the research population. Saturated sampling was used to choose 40 respondents who made up the research's main sample. The analysis's findings show that, taken together, work discipline and teamwork have an impact on PT. DNP Indonesia employees' performance. Particularly, Work Discipline (X2) and Teamwork (X1) both significantly and favorably affect employee performance. The Standardized Coefficients beta value of 0.648 indicates that the Teamwork variable at PT DNP Indonesia is known to have a dominant influence on employee performance.
