Abstract

Stroke merupakan penyakit neurologi yang terjadi akibat gangguan suplai darah ke otak. Stroke iskemik merupakan stroke yang paling sering terjadi disebabkan oleh trombus dan emboli. Pasien stroke pada wilayah perkotaan sekitar 28,5 % meninggal dunia, selebihnya lumpuh atau bahkan lumpuh total dan sisanya 15 % sembuh. Data Riskesdas 2018, prevalensi stroke pada usia 75 tahun keatas mencapai 50,2 % dan jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan presentase 11 % sedangkan perempuan 10,9 %. Salah satu faktor resiko minor yang dapat dikendalikan adalah kadar lemak darah yang tinggi, salah satunya trigliserida. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor resiko trigliserida dengan pasien stroke iskemik di RSU Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif retrospektif. Pengambilan data menggunakan data rekam medis. Pangambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling dari Januari – Desember 2018 dengan jumlah 113 pasien. Hasilnya kadar trigliserida yang diatas normal sebanyak 63 pasien (55,8 %), kadar kolesterol dan Low Density Lipoprotein yang diatas normal sebanyak 68 pasien (60,2 %) dan 61 pasien (54 %). Pasien berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 59 pasien (52,2 %). Kata kunci: Stroke Iskemik, Trigliserida. / Stroke is a neurologic disease that results from a blood supply to the brain. Ischemic stroke is the most frequent stroke caused by thrombus and embolism. Stroke patients in urban areas roughly 28,5 % die, the rest are either completely paralyzed or even totally paralyzed and the rest 15 % healed. Riskesdas’ 2018 data, the rate of strokes at age 75 reaches 50,2 % and the male gender with an 11 % while women are 10,9 %. One of the minor risk factors that can be controlled is high blood fat, one of which is triglycerides. That study was con CNducted to assess the risk factor for record triglycerides with ischemic stroke patients at the General Hospital of the Christian University of Indonesia. The study uses a retrospective descriptive method. Data retrieval using medical records. Taking samples using is a total sampling method from January – December 2018 with the number of 113 patients. Triglycerides above normal are 63 patients (55,8 %), high cholesterol total and Low Density Lipoprotein levels is 68 patients (60,2 %) and 61 patients (54 %). Male patients has 59 (52,2 %).
