Abstract
Riset ini bertujuan guna memahami Hubungan Reward dan Punishment atas performa kerja para pekerja yang ada di PT. Combi Logistics Indonesia. Jumlah responden yang diambil dari para pekerja di perusahaan ini adalah sebanyak 20 karyawan. Riset ini sendiri menggunakan data sekunder dan primer yang kesemuanya diperoleh secara literatif melalui literasi yang terkait dengan penelitian ini serta juga dengan menggunakan daftar isian yang disebarkan. Selanjutnya Penulis memakai teknik skala likert dalam mengambil dan mengolah sampel penelitian, serta juga memanfaatkan teknik analisis Korelasi Rank Spearman dan uji F serta Pearsen Product Moment. Riset ini memperlihatkan (1) terdapat korelasi bersifat signifikan antara reward yang diberikan kepada setiap karyawan PT. Combi Logistics Indonesia yang performa kerjanya baik yang tampak dari nilai sig yaitu (0,001) di bawah angka (0,05). (2) Korelasi tersebut di atas juga tampak dari indikator nilai sig yaitu (0,009) di bawah angka (0,05). (3) Korelasi yang sifatnya signifikan antara reward dan punishment juga terlihat dari nilai sig uji f simultan yaitu (0,000) di bawah angka (0,05). Dari uraian data-data tersebut di atas bisa ditarik suatu konklusi bahwa pemberikan reward dan punishment yang dilakukan secara bersamaan ternyata berkorelasi signifikan dalam meningkatkan performa para pekerja yang bekerja di PT. Combi Logistics Indonesia. Kata kunci : Reward, Punishment, Dan Kinerja. / The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance at PT. Combi Logistics Indonesia is impacted by rewards and penalties. This paricipant in this research are PT. Combi Logistics Indonesia personnel. Twenty responders made up the samples. This study uses primary and secondary data that were gathered via surveys, literature, and references pertaining to research issues. The Likert scale method was used to conduct the sampling. The F test, Pearsen Product Moment, and Spearman's Rank Corelation annalysis approach are employed in information annalysis. The study's intended (1) show are employee performance at PT. Combi Logistics Indonesia and awards have a significance association, a shawn by the sig value (0.001) being under (0.05). (2) The sig value (0.009), which under (0.05), is indication a significant association between punishment and the performance of PT. Combi Logistics Indonesia personnel. (3) The simultaneous sig f test result (0.000) is less than (0.05), indicate significance association between reward and punishment on the performance of PT. Combi Logistics Indonesia personnel. Thus, between reward and punishment when it comes to PT. Combi Logistics Indonesia employees' performance. Individual rewards and penalties have an impact on how well PT. Combi Logistics Indonesia personnel perform. Key words: Reward, Punishment, and Performance.
