Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan manifestasi gangguan keseimbangan hemodinamik sistem kardiovaskular, dengan patofisiologi multi faktor. Pengobatan hipertensi ditujukan untuk mencegah peningkatan morbiditas dan mortalitas. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran penderita hipertensi dan penggunaan obat antihipertensi. Penelitian ini mengambil data retrospektif rekam medik pasien di Prolanis Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit Periode Januari 2017 – Januari 2018. Sebanyak 61 pasien yang didiagnosis hipertensi dan menerima terapi obat antihipertensi tunggal maupun kombinasi. Obat Amlodipine sering diresepkan karena memiliki kontraindikasi paling sedikit. Hanya 15 pasien (24,6%) datang memeriksakan diri setiap bulan (kehadiran 100%). Pasien perempuan usia diatas 50 tahun lebih banyak dari jumlah pasien laki- laki. Puskesmas diharapkan semakin menggiatkan Prolanis dari segi edukasi demi tercapainya target pengobatan. Hypertension is manifested by multi factorial pathophysiology that cause impaired hemodynamic balance of the cardiovascular system. The aim of the medication is to prevent of morbidity and mortality caused by hypertension. This research is based on patients’ medical record at Prolanis Duren Sawit District Health Center for January 2017 - January 2018. There are 61 patients diagnosed with hypertension and receiving antihypertension therapy, both single and combination. Amlodipine is often given to patients because of lack of contraindication. There only 15 patients about 24,6% with a 100% attendance. Female patients with the age above 50 years old are have higher rate than male patients at their 50s. Duren Sawit District Health Center needs to improve their education toward their patients for the success of therapy. xiv
