Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Penerapan E-Navigation Dalam Meningkatkan Ekonomi Maritim Nasional Dalam Perspektif Hukum Indonesia Penerapan E-Navigation diharapkan membawa manfaat antara lain untuk meningkatkan keselematan pelayaran yang akan mengurangi human error dan korban jiwa di laut. E-Navigation juga dapat memfasilitasi pertukaran informasi di seluruh rantai logistik maritim. Ini berarti adanya efisiensi yang lebih besar untuk operasi komersial Penerapan E-Navigation memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan potensi ekonomi, khususnya di bidang maritim. Sektor maritim merupakan salah satu sektor yang memiliki potensi ekonomi kreatif yang besar. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam kajian penulisan tesis ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif, penelitian hukum yang dimaksud adalah penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti kepustakaan atau data sekunder. Penelitian hukum normative disebut juga penelitian hukum doktrinal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, pertama Pengaturan E-Navigation pada kegiatan maritim dalam hal meningkatkan ekonomi maritim nasional memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan di sektor maritim Indonesia. Dengan implementasi teknologi E-Navigation, para pelaut dan operator kapal dapat memperoleh informasi navigasi yang akurat dan real-time, sehingga dapat menghindari bahaya navigasi dan meningkatkan keselamatan pelayaran.. kedua, Aspek hukum penerapan E-Navigation pada kegiatan maritim dalam hal ini diterapkan sangat baik. Maka dari itu E-Navigation dapat meningkat kegiatan maritim khususnya kemajuan pelayaran di Indonesia dan ekonomi maritim. Dengan adanya kepedulian untuk meningkatkan penerapan E-Navigation di sektor maritimnya, sangat penting untuk mengatasi aspek hukum dari kemajuan teknologi ini serta dapat meningkatkan perekonomian di bidang kemaritiman di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : E-Navigation, Ekonomi Maritim Nasional dan Hukum Indonesia. / ABSTRACT Title : Application of E-Navigation to Improving the National Maritime Economy: An Indonesian Legal Perspective The implementation of e-navigation is expected to bring benefits, including increasing shipping safety, which will reduce human error and loss of life at sea. E-Navigation can also facilitate the exchange of information throughout the maritime logistics chain. This means greater efficiency for commercial operations. The use of e-navigation has the potential to boost economic potential, particularly in the maritime sector. The maritime sector has a lot of creative economic potential. The method used in this thesis writing study is normative legal research; the legal research referred to is research carried out by examining literature or secondary data. Normative legal research, also known as doctrinal legal research, The conclusion of this research is, firstly, the regulation of E-Navigation in maritime activities in terms of improving the national maritime economy has a very important role in improving efficiency and security in the Indonesian maritime sector. With the implementation of E-Navigation technology, mariners and ship operators can obtain accurate and real-time navigation information, so as to avoid navigation hazards and improve shipping safety. second, The legal aspects of the application of E-Navigation in maritime activities in this case are very well implemented. Therefore, E-Navigation can increase maritime activities, especially the progress of shipping in Indonesia and the maritime economy.
