Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran Manajer Operasional dalam penyelenggaraan MLBB Tournament: Legends Clash-2024 dengan tema, Bersatu dalam Kebersamaan meningkatkan Minat Bakat dalam bidang E-sport. Tujuan utama event ini adalah untuk membangun minat dan bakat mahasiswa se-DKI Jakarta, serta menciptakan hiburan, memperluas komunitas, dan memberikan penghargaan kepada peserta. Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui praktik peran Manajer Operasional dengan memanfaatkan konsep masukan, proses transformasi, dan keluaran. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Manajer Operasional memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan kelancaran event, mulai dari persiapan hingga pelaksanaan. Dengan mengelola masukan secara teknis, sumber daya manusia, dan sponsor, Manajer Operasional memastikan bahwa event dapat memenuhi tujuan yang ditetapkan. Proses transformasi melibatkan strategi branding dan promosi, serta pengelolaan teknis acara selama pelaksanaan. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan minat dan keterampilan peserta dalam game online Mobile Legends, serta penghargaan dan pengakuan atas prestasi Manajer Operasional. Kesimpulannya, peran Manajer Operasional dalam event ini sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dan memberikan pengalaman yang bermanfaat bagi peserta. Kata Kunci: Tournament, Mobile Legends, Manajer Operasioanal. / This activity aims to explore the role of Operations Managers in organizing the MLBB Tournament: Legends Clash-2024 with the theme "United in Togetherness increases Talent Interest in the field of E-sports". The main aim of this event is to develop the interests and talents of generation Z as students throughout DKI Jakarta, as well as creating entertainment, expanding the community, and giving awards to participants. This activity method is carried out through the practice of the role of Operational Manager by utilizing the concepts of input, transformation process and output. The results show that Operations Managers play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of events, from preparation to implementation. By managing technical input, human resources, and sponsorship, Operations Managers ensure that events meet their stated goals. The transformation process involves branding and promotion strategies, as well as technical management of events during implementation. The final result of this activity is an increase in participants' interest and skills in the online game Mobile Legends, as well as awards and recognition for the achievements of the Operations Manager. In conclusion, the role of the Operations Manager in this event is very important in achieving the set goals and providing a useful experience for participants.
