Abstract

Komunikasi adalah proses penyampaian informasi dari satu pihak ke pihak lain baik melalui kata-kata maupun tulisan, dengan tujuan agar keduanya dapat saling memahami. Selain itu, komunikasi juga berperan dalam menghubungkan rencana kerja dengan pelaksanaannya, baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Komunikasi memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan manusia karena sebagian besar aktivitas manusia sehari-hari melibatkan proses komunikasi.Lingkungan kerja adalah segala hal yang ada di sekitar perusahaan yang dapat memengaruhi cara kerja dan kinerja para karyawan serta kondisi tempat kerja. Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil dari pekerjaan yang telah mereka lakukan, sekaligus merupakan manifestasi dari kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan setelah menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji tentang pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di RSUD Budhi Asih di Jakarta Timur, metode yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket), wawancara (Interview) dan observasi di RSUD Budhi Asih Jakarta Timur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat bahwa t_hitung 4.675 > t_tabel 2,000 dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, maka ha diterima dan ho ditolak yang menyatakan bahwa komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat menyatakan bahwa (H1) diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat bahwa t_hitung 2,705 > t_tabel 2,000 dan signifikan 0,009 > 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang menyatakan bahwa lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini menyatakan bahwa (H2) ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (t_hitung> t_tabel 17.692 > 2,000 pada siginifikan 0,000 <0,05) maka hipotesis (H3) sebelumnya diterima. Kata Kunci: Sumber Daya Manusia, Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. / Communication is the process of conveying information from one party to another, either through words or writing, with the aim that both can understand each other. Apart from that, communication also plays a role in connecting work plans with their implementation, both in the short and long term. Communication plays an important role in human life because most daily human activities involve communication processes. The work environment is everything around the company that can influence the way employees work and performance as well as workplace conditions. Employee performance is the result of the work they have done, as well as a manifestation of the competence possessed by employees after completing their tasks. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of communication and the work environment on employee performance at Budhi Asih Regional Hospital in East Jakarta, the method used is quantitative data. The data source used is primary data, using data collection using questionnaires, interviews and observations at Budhi Asih Hospital, East Jakarta. Based on the research results obtained, the effect of communication on employee performance can be seen that t_count is 4.675 > t_tabel 2.000 and is significant 0.000 < 0.05, so ha is accepted and ho is rejected which states that communication partially has a significant effect on employee performance. It can be stated that (H1) is accepted. Based on the research results obtained, the influence of the environment on employee performance shows that t_count is 2,705 > t_tabel 2.000 and is significant 0.009 < 0.05, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which states that the environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance. This states that (H2) is accepted. Based on the research results obtained, communication and the work environment together (simultaneously) have a positive effect on employee performance (t_count> t_tabel 17.692 > 2.000 at a significance of 0.000 <0.05) so the previous hypothesis (H3) is accepted.
