Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam dunia industri khususnya perbankan telah berubah menjadi alat bersaing dalam ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah layanan mobile banking berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas bertransaksi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data skunder. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 63 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Mobile banking merupakan salah satu hasil dari kemajuan teknologi yang digunakan dalam domain komersial. Layanan mobile banking telah memberikan manfaat, kemudahan dan keamanan. Nasabah dapat mengakses atau menikmati layanan perbankan selama 24 jam sehari dan tidak harus datang ke kantor cabang untuk melakukan transaksi personal. Dengan mempunyai berbagai kemudahan yang telah disediakan oleh perbankan diharapkan dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada nasabah dalam menggunakan berbagai macam produk dan jasa yang diberikan oleh pihak bank. Penggunaan layanan mobile banking berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas bertransaksi yang mana persepsi manfaat, kemudahan penggunaan dan keamanan juga memberikan sebuah sikap positif terhadap efektifitas bertransaksi menggunakan layanan mobile banking. Kata kunci : Layanan Perbankan, Mobile Banking, Efektifitas Bertransaksi. / The development of information technology in the industrial world especially banking has turned into a competitive tool in the economy. The research aims to find out whether mobile banking services affect the effectiveness of transactions. The type of research is quantitative research. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sample of the research was 63 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Mobile banking is one of the results of technological advancements used in the commercial domain. Mobile banking has provided benefits, convenience and security. Customers can access or enjoy banking services 24 hours a day Customers can access or enjoy banking services 24 hours a day and do not have to come to the branch office to conduct personal transactions. By having various facilities provided by banks, it is expected to be able to provide satisfaction to customers in using various kinds of products and services provided by the bank. The use of mobile banking services affects the effectiveness of transactions which is the perceived benefits, ease of use and security also gives a positive attitude to the effectiveness of transactions using mobile banking services.
