Abstract

Riset kali ini punya tujuan untuk menganalisa dan menjabarkan pengaruh yang dibagikan oleh pemakaian Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Budaya Perusahaan, serta E- commerce pada Kinerja Finansial pada Bisnis Mikro, Kecil serta Menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Kota Bekasi adapun metode pengambilan sample yang di pakai yakni non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisa daya yang dipakai dalam riset berikut ialah analisa regresi linear berganda yang lalu dikelola mempergunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic Version 25.0 For Windows. Data yang dipakai pada riset berikut ialah data primer mempergunakan kuesioner, total narasumber yang dipakai data riset berikut yakni sebanyak 108 narasumber dengan mengambil sumber data dari pedagang UMKM di Kota Bekasi. Lalu teknik analisa yang dipakai ada sejumlah yakni Statistic deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji ketepatan model serta uji hipotesa. Riset berikut menampilkan bahwasanya pemakaian Sistem Informasi Akuntansi punya pengaruh positive serta signifikan pada Kinerja Finansial serta Budaya Perusahaan punya pengaruh positive serta signifikan pada Kinerja Finansial dan E-commerce punya pengaruh positive serta signifikan pada Kinerja Finansial. Dengan implementasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi yang selaras bisa dipergunakan sebagai dasar dari penarikan keputusan yang andal dalam pengolahan bisnisnya antara lain keputusan development pasar, penentuan harga serta lain-lain. Pula dengan Implementasi Budaya Perusahaan yang kuat akan menimbulkan suasana kerja yang kondusif dengan demikian akan bisa memengaruhi kineja seluruh staff yang ada. Dengan mengimplementasikan E-commerce para pedagang UMKM bisa lebih mudah untuk melaksanakan inovasi dan memertahankan usaha yang dipunyainya dalam kurun waktu yang lebih lama karena sudah mempunyai keunggulan kompetitif guna modal untuk berkompetisi dimarket internasional. dan hasil riset berikut bisa dipergunakan sebagai masukan bagi para pedagang UMKM untuk mengembangkan Kinerja finansial bisnisnya dengan mempergunakan Sistem Informasi yang baik, Budaya Perusahaan yang baik serta pemakaian E-commerce yang maksimal. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Budaya Perusahaan, E-commerce, Kinerja Keuangan. / These research aim to analyzing and described the influences given by uses of Accounting Information System, Organizational Culture, and E-commerce on Financial Performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Bekasi City, while the sampling techniques used is non-probability sampling with purposives sampling method. The power analysis technique use in these research is multiple linear regressions analysis which is then process using the IBM SPSS Statistic Version 25.0 For Windows application. The data use in these studies is primarlly data using a questionnaired, the numbers of respondent use in these research data is 108 respondent by taking data source from MSME players in Bekasi City. Then there are several analysis methods used, namely descriptive statistics, classically assumptions test, multipled linear regressions test, model accuracy test and hypothesis test. These studies shows that uses of Accounting Informations System has a positive and significancy effects on Financial Performance and Organizational Cultures has a positive and significancy effects on Financial Performances and E-commerce has a positive and significancy effects on Financial Performances. With the implementation of appropriate Accounting Information Systems, it may be use as the basis for reliable decisions making in manage its business including market development decision, pricing and other. Also with the implementation of a strong Organizational Culture, it will create a conducive work situation so that it may be able to affects the performances of all existing employees. And by implementing E-commerce, MSME players can more easily innovate and maintain they business for a longer periods of time because they already have a competitive advantage for capital to compete in the global market. And the results of these studies may be use as input for MSME actors to improve their business financial performances by using a good Information System, good Organizational Culture and maximum use of E-commerce.
