Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek pembangunan, dimana sumber daya manusia tersebut memiliki beberapa tingkatan mulai dari manajer proyek sampai kepada tingkat yang paling akhir yaitu pekerja. Dalam hal ini, keterlibatan sumber daya manusia merupakan satu hal yang penting bagi keberhasilan suatu proyek konstruksi, apabila sumber daya manusia yang ada memiliki kinerja dan produktivitas kerja yang baik. Untuk mencapai kinerja dan produktivitas yang baik tersebut, setiap individu harus memiliki motivasi didalam dirinya masing-masing. Penelitian ini memaparkan hasil identifikasi faktor-faktor motivasi kerja berdasarkan teori kebutuhan Abraham Maslow serta pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas pekerja pada proyek Apartemen Sakura Garden City. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dpata hasil kuisioner yang didapatkan dengan membagikan kuisioner secara online menggunakan Google Form kepada pekerja yaitu tukang dan mandor pada proyek pembangunan Apartemen Sakura Garden City. Metoda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metoda analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, faktor motivasi yang menempati urutan pertama adalah faktor kebutuhan sosial dengan sub faktor adanya kebutuhan dan dukungan keluarga. Kedua, kebutuhan fisik dengan sub faktor pemberian upah lembur. Ketiga, faktor kebutuhan sosial dengan sub faktor adanya kerjasama yang baik dalam kelompok kerja. Keempat, kebutuhan akan aktualisasi diri dengan sub faktor adanya pemberian fasilitas pelatihan kerja. Kelima, kebutuhan akan penghargan dengan sub faktor adanya promosi kenaikan jabatan. Kata Kunci: Pekerja, Teori Kebutuhan Maslow, Motivasi, Produktivitas. / Human resources are one of the important factors in the implementation of a development project, where the human resources have several levels ranging from project managers to the last level is workers. In this case, the involvement of human resources is one thing that is important for the success of a construction project, if the existing human resources have performance and good work productivity. To achieve such good performance and productivity, each individual must have motivation in themselves. This study presents the results of the identification of work motivation factors based on Abraham Maslow's theory of needs and their effect on worker productivity in the Sakura Garden City Apartment project. The data used in this study is questionnaire result data obtained by sharing questionnaires online using Google Form to workers, namely handymen and foremen in the Sakura Garden City Apartment construction project. The method used in this study is the simple Linear Egresi R analysis method. From the analysis that has been carried out, the motivational factor that ranks first is the factor of social needs with sub-factors of the existence of family needs and support. Second, physical needs with sub-factors of providing overtime pay. Third, the factor of social needs with sub-factors of good cooperation in the working group. Fourth, the need for self-actualization with sub-factors of providing job training facilities. Fifth, the need for appreciation with sub-factors of promotion.
