Abstract

Dealerships dan Automobile Tuning atau Dealer otomotif dan servis mobil merupakan bangunan dengan fasilitas area semi terbuka yang terdiri dari area pameran atau showroom yang dapat disewakan kepada suatu brand perusahaan atau pihak leasing penyewa untuk melakukan penjual terhadap produk mereka serta dilengkapi dengan fasilitas pendukung nya seperti workshop tuning dan juga suku cadang kendaraan yang dikelola oleh pihak pengelola fasilitas. Dealerships & Automobile Tuning diperuntukan sebagai tempat berlangsung nya transaksi jual-beli dan juga sebagai tempat perputaran ekonomi pada bagian perdagangan dan jasa. Dikarenakan pesatnya perkembangan otomotif di indonesia khususnya pada industri otomotif kendaraan listrik, oleh karena itu salah satu brand perusahaan yang membutuhkan fasilitas Dealer untuk memberikan kebutuhan otomotif pada masyarakat adalah perusahaan Hyundai Motor Company. Perancangan Fasilitas Bangunan Hyundai Dealership & Automobile Tuning dengan penerapan gaya arsitektur industrial yang memiliki prinsip fungsional serta efisien yang diharapkan dapat mengakomodir segala macam bentuk keperluan akan jasa dan pelayanan pada perancangan Hyundai Dealership dan Automobile Tuning. Kata Kunci : Dealership, Automobile Tuning, Arsitektur Industrial. / Dealerships and Automobile Tuning or Automotive dealers and car services are buildings with semi-open area facilities consisting of exhibition areas or showrooms that can be leased to a brand company or leasing party to sell their products and are equipped with supporting facilities such as tuning workshops. as well as vehicle spare parts managed by the facility manager. Dealerships & Automobile Tuning is intended as a place for buying and selling transactions to take place and also as a place for economic turnover in the trade and service sector. Due to the rapid development of the automotive sector in Indonesia, especially in the automotive electric vehicle industry, it is therefore one of the company brands that requires dealer facilities to providing the automotive needs of the community is the Hyundai Motor Company. The design of the Hyundai Dealership & Automobile Tuning Building Facilities with the application of an industrial architectural style that has functional and efficient principles is expected to accommodate all kinds of needs for services and services in the design of the Hyundai Dealership and Automobile Tuning.
