Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara sistematis kepuasan kerja pengendara sepeda Grab yang berdomisili di Jakarta Utara. Komitmen organisasi adalah keadaan individu yang berdiri atau mempertahankan keanggotaan dalam suatu organisasi. Untuk menarik kesimpulan atas permasalahan yang dihadapi, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, khususnya data penelitian positivis (data konkrit) berupa angka-angka yang diukur dengan menggunakan statistik. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi rank spearman. Hasil survei menunjukkan perbedaan positif yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Dalam rangka meningkatkan komitmen organisasi terhadap pengendara sepeda grab di PT GRAB Indonesia, pimpinan perusahaan harus memperhatikan kepuasan kerja pengendara. Hal ini memungkinkan karyawan untuk puas dengan pekerjaan mereka dan mempromosikan tanggung jawab, kenyamanan, dengan komitmen organisasi untuk kepuasan kerja sebagai tujuan utama. Pengendara sepeda Grab PT GRAB Indonesia bertanggung jawab untuk mendorong dan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas kerja dan pelayanan kepada konsumen. / The purpose of this study is organizational commitment to job satisfaction for Grab bike drivers domiciled in North Jakarta. Organizational commitment is the state of a person to take sides or maintain membership in an organization. To draw conclusions about the problem at hand, this study employed a quantitative approach, specifically positivist research data (concrete data) in the form of numbers measured using statistics. The analysis technique in this research is Spearman rank correlation. The results of the study, there is a significant positive between organizational commitment to job satisfaction. To increase organizational commitment to Grab bike drivers at PT GRAB Indonesia, company managers need to pay attention to the job satisfaction of drivers so that employees are satisfied with their work, with the main goal of organizational commitment to job satisfaction to provide responsibility, comfort and encouragement to Grab bike drivers. PT GRAB Indonesia in order to improve the quality and quantity of work and services to consumers.
